I was appalled that I arrived at Stansted expecting a telephone number to confirm my drivers details but only to an email stating you were very sorry I and my colleagues were abandoned without any means of transport to take us home! Supplying me with the details of the taxi company that reside in the arrival hall, which I am quite aware of whereasI have had to wait sometimes for hours for a taxi that is why I prefer to book a confirmed and reliable taxi service (so I thought). I am absolutely fuming they did this to us as I checked they were a 24/7 service, and it is stated clearly on their booking website, they seem to think it was okay to just leave us without any help after a 12 hour journey arriving in the early hours of the night to a I am sorry email (tough luck you've picked the wrong company!). I cannot even think what they could do to even make me use them ever again, other than a grand gesture of some kind like refunding all of my money and a goodwill credit for my next journey guaranteeing that they would be there to collect me. You cannot imagine my embarrassment when I received their email on our arrival and I had to inform my colleagues it may take hours for us to be picked up. I looked forward not to an apology but a good reason for me to ever use them again. THEY REPLIED WITH A BASICALLY TOUGH LUCK ANSWER! We understand your frustration and the inconvenience this situation caused, especially after a long flight. We apologize for the distress you and your colleagues experienced. Concerned our return journey. Company called and confirmed the number of passengers and bags and then sent a vehicle which was too small. To prevent being stuck at the airport, we squeezed in and sat on and around the baggage. Company has refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and that as we chose to continue the vehicle must have been correct. Even our driver said it was wrong and he was told a smaller number of people and bags.

When I found out that OTS taxi insisted that my kitten would be transported in the boot of a taxi, I cancelled my reservation. With the temperature at 27 degrees, she would have suffocated in the boot Transporting an animal in such conditions is unacceptable and raises serious issues about the company’s commitment to animal welfare. This practice is not only distressing for the animal but also poses significant risks to their health and safety. A company with such a policy should be avoided.

I had a really positive experience with this company! Taxis was easy to book, arrived on time with friendly, very helpful drivers who got us to our destinations safely! Couldn't of asked for a better service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I Booked this taxi service for myself and my 2 children to be picked up in early hours of the morning from Gatwick - they messed up my booking sent a car to pick up 2 cases and 2 people and then asked me to pay an extra 150 pound for another car to get sent for me, (May be another 2 hours they said) and left us stranded at the airport. They then kept my 125 pound already paid no refund and I had to pay for a train home- very rude/ unprofessional disgusting money grabbing company avoid at all costs!!!

We have used this company a few times at Heathrow. On a few occasions, they charged extra for waiting time. We consistently arrive as soon as we have collected our baggage, but we still get charged for waiting. Customer service is deplorable.

Dropped us off and collected from airport for our holidays. Brilliant driver. Faultless. Very helpful and polite. Helping with luggage. Valentine was very friendly and helpful with a family of 8 travelling.

After a 15 hour flight I decided to pay extra to ensure the driver was there waiting to collect me once I’d picked up my luggage. He called while I was waiting for my luggage. I told him I was through passport check, and once my luggage came through, I would obviously make my way to meet him. He was nowhere’s to be seen. I called and he said he didn’t want to have to pay the extra waiting fee. I’d paid extra for this service. He said he’d be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later he arrived full of excuses. Once in the taxi told him not to speed. Not only does he drive way too fast, getting far too close to the cars in front. He then starts chatting on his mobile phone. Not speaker - he’s holding it to his ear. I ask him to stop the call and concentrate on the road. He does. Until his phone rings again. I have this recorded on my phone. I’m still waiting for a full refund 2 weeks later. Avoid at all cost. Or look at the reviews and take the gamble. 5 stars or 1 star. What will your experience be?

Ordered a taxi for a very early pick up for my son going to the airport. The driver called me after being late and said he couldn’t find the address. Even though it is a well known street in central London. Made me get dressed to run around the block 4AM in the morning to try and locate the driver myself. When contacting customer service I was met with a really rude toon and after many mails back and forward I was compensated with 5£ (!!!). Have been traveling a lot in my life and never meet so unprofessional people. A complete insult. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Left stranded at midnight at an airport when prebookwd taxi failed to show up. Multiple calls they finally arranged an uber taxi to takes us home delayed our homeward journey by nearly 2 hours their response their driver was confused and basically forgot. Compensation was £5 Recommendation don't use this company use uber

We’d booked weeks in advance for eight people plus luggage for a minibus at 04:00 to take us from home to Gatwick Airpott. Our daughter checked the day before to confirm the booking and was assured all was ok. At 04:00, when already to go, no transport arrived. By 04:10 our daughter called the company operative who said she would check for us. By 04:20 we’d had no response so we called again to be told the driver had reported the minibus had broken down. The operative hadn’t called us to explain! Fortunately, we had cars which we could use so drove to the airport having arranged long-term parking. I dread to think what would have happened if we didn’t have the resources to drive ourselves. They have agreed to refund our fee but this doesn’t take into account our anxiety, costs of fuel and parking for two cars. I would advise people to steer well clear of this bunch of cowboys. My family and friends will never contemplate them for any business or leisure purposes!

We booked taxis both TO and FROM the airport- the company sent to take us were fantastic, on time, friendly and was a really positive experience. The taxi home from the airport a week later was somewhat different. Firstly the driver rang to say he was waiting half a mile up the road and we needed to walk to him with our luggage, I explained to him we had paid extra for a ‘meet and greet’ service and therefore he needed to collect us from directly outside the terminal. He said he needed to ring base and check, the base rang me and said they do not do this however I again explained I had used this company and had not booked direct with them and had paid extra, reluctantly he agreed and the driver came to collect us. We got in the car which was somewhat past it’s sell by date and the driver proceeded to tell us he doesn’t usually do airport pick ups as he’s not a confident driver on the motorway, as you can imagine this terrified me, driving back on the motorway in a car that sounded like the bottom was going to fall out with a driver who has no idea of lane discipline or what rumble strips are, I felt lucky to make it back in one piece! We have used airport taxis previously and never had a negative experience however I will be thinking twice about booking again in future sadly

I will avoid this company in the future because like many others, I experienced a very rude customer service with an arrogant sense of entitlement; and there was no one to report the incompetent customer service person to because he was their manager. And this is not to mention that the driver arrived more than 30-minutes late for a Meet & Greet Service. Save yourself the "Hassles", avoid this company. I wish it was possible to give them zero. I

Booked for 5 people and 5 cases with their site with the only limitation being cases under 23kg (no mention that they consider a hard shell case to be oversize luggage??). Sent a car that couldn’t get us all in which for an airport run is fairly problematic . When I queried this and gave them my booking confirmation which clearly states that they will supply for 5 people and 5 cases (again only limit being 23kg) they refused to help without me paying again for a van Being clear I was not taking skiing equipment simply some hard shell cases which are pretty standard. My cases are all under 23kg. Am approaching tradings standards. Keep well away.

Shocking service. Would not recommend and would give zero stars if I could. Our flight was delayed an hour and as a result the company cancelled our taxi. We were unaware until we arrived in the UK at 1am and checked our email which they sent after the flight took off! Trying to find a taxi suitable for a family of 5 whilst dealing with overly tired children was not ideal, notwithstanding the additional cost that we had to pay as a result of a last minute booking. Completely unacceptable as was their response when they said we wasn’t in a rural area so should have been able to get another one with no problems! Why commit to a taxi knowing that there will always be delays and you cannot fulfil their obligations.

Shocking. Paid for meet and great a week in advance. Arrived on time but no one to meet us. Phoned and phoned but was told rudely "just wait in the carpark for 25mins". Spend your money elsewhere, this is just a local taxi con artist. You have been warned.
