I was unaware the timer started when the plane landed, not when you are off it. The driver was late to pick up and they made me pay for it. Stating that there’s no proof he was late, which is ridiculous. They will also bang on about their terms and conditions which allows them to act so disgustingly! Avoid at all costs.

United Kingdom | 01 October 2024I’m shocked to see bad reviews about this company as they were absolutely amazing for me today. Having experience 3 cancelled KLM flights resulting in a 23hr delay and arriving back to a totally different airport than my home I rang OTS. Mel who I spoke to was amazing and managed to find me a driver, she rang me back really quickly, was so friendly and helpful. My driver rang me to check where I was and arrived really quickly. I had a perfect drive home, really good driver, the car was beautiful and I felt totally safe. I would definately use again. They do however outsource the jobs to drivers as opposed to their own staff so your experience may vary depending on who you get but today at Manchester they saved me from being stood in the rain crying, thanks ladies really appreciate it.

The employees who work at this company are deceitful slimey individuals who WILL PURPOSELY mislead you and CREATE dilemmas for you to FORCE you to spend more money. You need a taxi for 2 people and 3 suitcases? They will INTENTIONALLY send a taxi which will NOT have the required space that you have REQUESTED and PAID for. This IS done with INTENT. To be fair to them it is clever. It’s the sense of urgency that they are capitalising on. They KNOW people who are travelling to the airport CANNOT be late and will be in a state of urgency if there were to be any delay. So they corner you by purposely sending a taxi a little too small for your needs and put you in a state of panic and use the emotions to force you to book another taxi to take the load that couldn’t fit. This means they double they’re money and pocket a nice extra chunk. This is all INTENTIONAL and CALCULATED. Truly SCUM

United States | 28 September 2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were to get an email once a driver was assigned to pick us up at the train station in London. Never received a pick- up location. I messaged the driver 3 minutes after the 2:00 pickup time and told him where we were. 48 minutes later, and walking 2 blocks past the station, we finally made contact. I was then told that 12 pounds was charged to my credit card for being late. It wasn't out fault that we couldn't find the driver, they never gave us a pick- up location! I have been going back and forth with them for 4 days now. They don't deserve 1 star!! Someone said to call your credit card company and report it as fraud. I'm doing that today!! I canceled my return trip to Heathrow airport and they charged me 10% of the fare!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!

United Kingdom | 26 September 2024We used this company through a third-party business booking company for lots of taxis to the airport for flights. Not only were many of them late, but some of them went to the wrong addresses or were rude and abrasive to the passengers. We had to call them a few times, we were greeted on the phone very rudely and were often put through to the a call centre that had no idea what bookings we were talking about. Shocking service, would not use again. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 26 September 2024I have used this service 4 times now and so far, the driver was on time for the pick up. I admit I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews. Positive points are: > Easy website booking- I have used this service for one pick up location and several (like 3-4) drop-off locations. > Mostly friendly drivers- I have read on the reviews here that the company bids for the driver so sometimes, you get a bad driver. So far, per my experience, the drivers are friendly and accommodating. There was only one instance where the driver seemed almost angry during an airport pick-up because the flight was delayed. Even though, we informed him that the flight was delayed and sent a tracking detail so he can track our flight, he still looked like he was going to leave us all behind. The last driver we had from “Fly on Cars” was very professional and friendly even though our flight was delayed and the trip was at midnight.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2024Replied to our booking email to change the date, time and address of our booking. Received a reply almost immediately with confirmation of rebooking. Fully expected to be charged for this but instead we were refunded £2 as our new journey was slightly shorter. I've never had this before from a company and am so impressed.

United Kingdom | 16 September 2024Onward travel are effectively a middle-man in that they get taxi firms to bid for jobs (according to a driver). The drivers are therefore very hit and miss. I've had excellent drivers and very poor ones. For airport runs there is a "meet at the gate" option, but in my many trips, not once has someone actually been there. It does tend to be cheaper than others though.

United Kingdom | 16 September 2024Journey OTS-0809******** £80.00 - Pick Up: Luton Airport People Carrier, 5 Passengers + Suitcase(s) Booked for 5 people and 5 cases with their site with the only limitation being cases under 23kg. It’s a £5 charge to get in to the terminal but I thought that would be included in the price. The driver was very good at communicating we started messaging hour’s before take off which did make me feel comfortable. We expect the meeting place would be outside the terminal where the pre booked taxis do the pick up. Once we had our bags I expected him to come to the terminal to collect us but no we got a text message to meet him in the mid stay car park. We needed to wait to catch a bus at 2am to get to the car park with all the cases, when we got there it was obvious we couldn’t all get in comfortably. The driver just looked lost and very uneasy like this wasn’t his first time for this to happen. My sister ended up in a pop up seat in the boot (thank goodness she is small and nimble) with a suitcase half on her lap. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

United Kingdom | 09 September 2024These guys are very poor. They outsource all of their work so like others have said they have no control over their drivers. I have used for many years on business travel but seemingly since Covid it is comical to see the approach of some of their drivers who clearly are getting paid only a small portion of the fee you pay. This then results in not showing on time for meet & greet - a service OTS offer for £5 but fail to deliver almost 100% of the time in recent times. It is also reflective of the quality of the driver and the vehicle that picks you up. If you've had a long journey and have paid a fee you expect your driver to be waiting for you when you walk out of the airport - you will not get this from OTS I assure you. My advice would be to use Uber who are now located all all major airports or find a cab firm close to the airport you are travelling to who will offer far better terms and likely be both on time and waiting to collect you at the other end. I have voiced all these concerns to OTS and have received a substandard and defensive response. Judging by the level of poor reviews is unlikely they will be around for long so be careful where you spend your money.
