This service is convenient but expensive- we got charged for the driver waiting for over an hour. The thing that I don’t understand is that they start the 1 hour from the time the flight arrives.. it makes no sense - it is difficult to get out of the airport within an hour from getting off the plane, going through the security checks (non-British passports) and then finding your baggage or waiting for the luggage to be unloaded. Surely the drivers should only be waiting 30 mins after arrival (flight landing)? Very confused. And also annoyed as we use this service a lot and this has happened twice now.

Great friendly driver! On time and pleasant drive!

We have used them twice for long trips from Heathrow to the southwest. The first time near the end of the journey the car lost power but managed to get us there. The second time the chap had no idea which way to go and got a bit lost - old estate car, no satnav. However on the plus side the drivers were friendly types and very safe, and great communication via email from the head office and via the drivers at arrivals. Yes we would use them again.

Driver was waiting for us at the airport arrivals. He led us to the car and helped with the luggage. He drove us home and all was fine. We had to change the itinerary as our original flights were changed a few times - no problem updating it with OTS.

I have used Onward Travel Solutions a few times for Manchester airport transfers & on every occasion the service has been excellent. Always punctual, clean cars & polite drivers. Highly recommend them!

Worst company ever. Totally AVOID. i have ordered a car and the description indicated that it fits 3 big luggage (of 20 kg each), it didn't even fit 1 bag!!! they called me and told me i need to pay extra 80£ in order to have another car to fit the luggage. Not to mention how rude the people are at the company! Due to covid, we had to wait so long for passport check, they called me and threatened me to leave with no refund! WORST. COMPANY. EVER. AVOID. don't be fooled by the price, pay a little bit more and save the headache!

I had a booking on 2nd November 2020 which I had to bring forward to 1st November 2020 last minute. I spoke to Martin on the chat and explained my situation that my flight for 2nd Nov was cancelled and I was on the phone to the airline to rebook it to 1st Nov. Martin managed my expectations straight from the start, he said he will look into it but that he might have difficulties finding someone to get me a taxi from Leeds to Manchester airport on such short notice. 30 minutes later he confirmed the new booking and the driver arrived at the time agreed. I arrived well in time at the airport which made things a lot easier. When I called the company up a few days prior they were always professional and super helpful as well. My case might be the exception but I can only say that they go above and beyond for their customers and I would highly recommend them. I am not big fan of website chats but on the 2 occasions I had to use them, Chloe and Martin responded super quickly so I would recommend using their chat function as well if you don't want to phone them up.

The driver actually arrived 40 minutes after the indicated landing time. We arrived early and were willing to wait but then the wait was very long. Even if we had arrived on time we would have had to wait over 20 minutes. That is too much.

The driver knew there was traffic so arrived early. Got us to the airport on time , great drive. Nice guy as well.

Our driver rang us an hour before our pickup to confirm where he could park and to inform us of traffic queues in a certain direction. He arrived promptly, was kind to our eldest daughter who got travel sick on the journey by providing her with an unopened bottle of water and a tin of fruit drops. He was a very experienced driver, had no faults with his driving at all. He got us to our destination in plenty of time. As our daughters would say, “he was a rock star”!

I have had both positive and negative experiences with this service. The first time, the taxi driver was punctual and polite. He called me first to make sure I had landed and gave me very precise instructions as to where he would be waiting. Unfortunately, the second time I used the service, the taxi driver (different one) was very impatient when I called him, he raised his voice, he used some pretty rude expressions and he made me walk several minutes with 3 suitcases to reach his parking spot. He must not have been parked in a safe or legal area because when I called him again, after seeing the car drive off, he told me that the police had made him move and he was now waiting in a different spot. He was also not wearing a face mask, but thankfully put it on when I stepped into the car. My second experience was overall very unpleasant and definitely not a good welcome to the new city I will be living in. I do not think I will book a taxi with this service again.

This is a fantastic experience. The Driver was professional, patient and ready to make sure everything went well. The constant feedback from the company calms the nerve if you ordered for dear ones. I recommend this company 100%

The service was poor because when I booked the taxi online I chose a car and it didn’t specify the number of bags, so I booked the one I thought fit. When the driver arrived and saw the bags, he said they wouldn’t fit in the car, which was untrue, and then proceeded to say that he couldn’t take us because if he ran into the police he’d get in trouble, but then, seeing that we really needed the transport, said that if we paid him more money (aside from the one I’d already paid for the service), he could take us - this is extortion.
