A final me han dado el bono de referido que prometieron aunque muy tarde. Por otro lado decir que las cajas vienen algunas en malas condiciones y los productos que compras algunos rotos o en condiciones deplorables

The company is very honest about what they are selling. In my experience their +or- 10% stock accuracy on their manifests rings true. Very little of what I have purchased has been damaged and I am actually surprised with the quality of what I have received. So far it has mostly been hits with very few understandable misses but that's what the game is. have yet to buy unmanifested goods, but doubt my experience would be any less positive. I cannot rate the delivery service as I have always collected myself, but pallets are always wrapped appropriately snugly and the staff are very professional when it comes to loading the van. Where I have needed to break pallets down to fit them on, I am not rushed which has been very helpful. A+

I've had the odd bargin off here and unfortunately you get slightly addicted, and then you are mostly paying for broken stuff or boxes with items missing, and you can't get a refund. You're better off just buying the item new. It's a massive waste of money and you end up with loads of broken crap that you then need to get rid of, and loads of boxes to recycle. Last week I must of spent about £40-50 on stuff to resell and I've had broken items and empty jewellery boxes. I had one dress that wasn't damaged, but it was so cheap looking, I doubt I will get a fiver for it.

Totalna porażka. Zgubili przesyłkę i przez cztery dni przepychania mailami słyszę coraz to nowe wymówki. Przesyłka wyszła, przesyłka nie wyszła...jak zażądałem zwrotu pieniędzy to kłamią w żywe oczy, że nie mogą oddać, ponieważ brak w towarze jest poniżej 10% wartości i taki mają regulamin. Podają przy tym zupelnie inny numer zamówienia niż mój. Banda ściemniaczy i kłamców, żeby nie powiedzieć złodziei i wyłudzaczy. EDIT: do odpowiedzi Jobalots Moja opinia jest dlatego taka, a nie inna, BO PISAŁEM DO WAS PRZEZ CZTERY DNI TYLKO PO TO, ŻEBY NIECZEGO NIE ZAŁATWIĆ !!! Czy Jobalots przeczytaliście w ogóle co napisałem w opinii???

I’ve been sent broken items! They were ready for the bin! I won an auction for shoes and guess what….. I received 1 SHOE! The LEFT FOOT! Ridiculous! Straight in the bin! Items completely different to image and description. It’s basically luck! You might just be paying to fill your bin! I was so excited for the delivery and it was such a let down! There has to be SOME sort of quality control! The terms and conditions cover the company so conveniently! Customers don’t matter- we get redirected to T&C!

Have been buying stuff from jobalot for a while now some off the items have been ok. Although these are customer returns and it’s a bit hit and miss on what you get, it’s very annoying when you pay £47 plus delivery for a mattress topper and it turns up well used and most of it missing and a gel gun that is totally broken in bits. Surely you should check items to make sure that at least they are useable

All of the packages were damaged; the goods are not the same as in the picture, so they are unusable. It is of bad quality. I will never order from them again.

Overall the website is alright but because of customer service is 2 stars. You win different auctions and then you make an order if some items are missing they will just send you pictures with the tracking as the items was delivered but actually was delivered only a part of the order, if you say you don't receive them they will keep sending you the tracking number and no refund . I had same issue with a pallet as well and I had to track the pallet were was lost and arrived later on to the delivery company and delivered 2 days delay, but they were saying cuz the pallet was delivered already they don't even bother to look for it , just keep sending you again and again 2 same pictures.... Overall I'm down 10 speakers

I love the platform & always said that on my reviews ( that's why its 3 star not 1 ) but customer satisfaction is no where to be seen, worst you'll ever experienced They reply quick but definitely do not care what what you saying, I spend atleast £30k+ on Jobalots since last year. I purchased a bulk item that had 3 items missing in it, They just replied with T&C saying we are allowed to miss or change 10+-% from the order, I literally had 3 item missing & one completely random from what i won No idea what tat item is for. They know i dont complain much but for £10 worth of item they wasting my time when literally last few days i spend over £1k+ on Jobalots. I dont understand who's the customer service manager here. Thry running £25 referral program but dont care about existing custumers. Such a shame Again i made this review so the CEO or anyone that cares can see it & make this platform better for those who spend 10000's of pounds here. We fight to make you more money.

So far bought a few items bought an ice maker when it arrived it was well packed and brand new also a picnic back pack once again brand new I am.buying more just hope that the goods stay as they are only one snagg which I don't agree with and that's each time you bid if its getting near the end each time you bid it adds more mins on that and postage costs for sep items think if you buy three or four items think the postage should be combined but over all all good
