Hello! I gave one star, even if I do not want to, but otherwise I could not write the review. The site is not a reliable business anymore. I won an auction and after 2 days they sent an email regarding the fact that the auction I have won needs to be cancelled because their client did not add a reserved price on the auction. The auction was relisted with NO RESERVED price, the reserved price mentioned in the email. You expect your items to come, to make your plans with them but instead of that you receive excuses which are not justified. You win an auction but each time you have to think if that pallet will come or not because they are "brilliant" in saying "We are sorry but..". Customer service should be their first priority. No telephone number to call.. I found one on Google but as I expected, was a non functional one. Unpleasant experience and dissapointing as well!

Have delt with jobalot many times wiith no problems, but last week i ordered a guitar at a cost of 45 pound, it arrived yesterday buy courier. It was loaded under heavy boxes on van then The courier droped it , when it was opened the guitar was smashed in loads of pieces and the neck was in 3 bits, unrepairable, scrap. Spoke to jobalot and was told i know it might have some damage. And they didnt care. This is how jobalot treat customers after many many orders. I will never use this terrible company again. Theifs and scum if thats how they treat customers.

I know it's customer returns but come on...90% of the advertised product was missing. Still at least customer service gave me a standard cut and paste reply and didn't even try to hide the font changes

Easy to bid and watch items. Proxy bidding places bids for you up to your maximum bid so you don’t have to waist time going back and fore to place bids. Quick turn around in getting items out to you. Good variety of stock at great prices.

Most of the customer returns are broken damaged or replaced by new once…..😑

Have secured a fair few auctions, a bit frustrating with some of the customer returns lots, but as it explains in the terms maybe broken. My only criticism with that is the cost of sending something that should be thrown away rather than packed and shipped for someone else to have to throw in the bin. All that said, on the whole a qreat service.
