Same of stuff good same of it’s really bad

I bought lots of stuff and waste my money around £200. I received damaged and used stuff, smart watch didn’t work. Bedsheets were used and cheap guilty. Bag was missing straps etc. i am vey disappointed ☹️

Shocking.. Bought stuff a few times from ther.. Won a 3d printer last night came on account today to pay for it and the item has moved from won auction to lost auction.. Click on it and just shows page not found.. Disgusting!!!

Recevoir la moitié des commandes alors qu'on s'est battue dans les enchères ça commence à bien faire, je ne compte même pas les colis perdus, et si il arrive, deuxième surprise, marchandise cassée, en mauvaise État, enchères de plus en plus difficile de gagner tellement la concurrence est féroce.

I ordered a lot of "Designer Women's Shoes. All sold in Boxes with Tissue Paper - 12 Units - RRP €1942" and I paid 200 euros for them. I received 12 cheap, no-name, no-label, no-brand shoes stamped "made in China." These shoes aren`t worth 50 euros RRP, what about €1942?! I made a reclamation, I sent pictures, and this was their answer: "Hi, customer. Below is the definition of designer shoes: Designer clothing is expensive luxury clothing proven to be high quality and haute couture for the general public, made by, or carrying the label of, a well-known fashion designer. I believe we tick these boxes." : )))) I received no-name, no-brand shoes that probably cost 2$ / unit in China. Later edit: they refund my money after two weeks. At least, not Scam. Just a bad supplier of their platform.

Wrong items. Double price when they are discribing the product, just to make you to buy it, demaged, describing and putting other products then what you are receiving at home. They won't check anything what they are sending to you. Sometimes they are sending you something else instead what you've ordered and they won't give a refund. So think twice before you are buying.

Love this place, had many items from there, Xmas presents, gifts and for the home, start some bidding from 20p, had many a bargain, also I live not far from there, so go and pick up myself,

Received a box of 14 broken items none of which were salvageable. This lot should never had been listed. To make matters worse I was charged twice for this and two other combined lots. On the plus side the customer service team did sort it out in dribs & drabs but got there in the end. I don't expect all lots of returned items to be perfect but this was beyond ridiculous.

jobalots are a great company and very quick at every they do great great great is the word i can only say

There are bargains to be had here, but you have to take the good with the bad which is fine but the recent postage and collection prices are ridiculous . I'm paying twice the price of a pallet collection for a few boxes, absolutely ridiculous just to pick stuff up, really putting me off from buying here.

the item was covered in oil and has been well used and the motor is burnt out and it is only fit for the trash bin.its a total ripoff

Lack of customer service payouts are delayed constantly ,if complaints are made by sellers , we are then threaten to be kick of the site, neither the less aren’t able to keep to to 3-5 working days of pay outs that sellers earn

I used To buy so much from this site But since the reserve price is on all items but the buy items that I like to bid but think it’s a different vender on your site. However I DO NOT WANT TO BID 90 times on one bid just to get it pass the reserve price. So because of this reason that is actually actually quite new with the update but since this I will never use this site again. I’ve been bidding on many items on different vendors just to win one item. Honestly you guys need to take off the cap I should be able to put any amount of money I want into bid not keep bidding by the 20p times that you have it’s ridiculous. I met a lot of new friends from jobalot group chat and we have a said the same thing. Stupid to put reserve Cap on venders but jobalot don’t have it as they put the reserve price with starting price. What is so so wrong .so aready this is cutting venders from there sale but not yours. This company really needs to be looked into but the owner to take reserve price off. JOBALOT USE THIS AS FEEDBACK AS IT STATES THE PROBLEM SO PLEASE FIX IT PLEASE

its a bidding site, buys are grouped in categories, raw can mean anything but take it to be broken unusable, the problem is no actual description of item worth salt, so buying raw is a gamble if it is low price factor in postage that is weight dependent. Zero comeback on seller, I have been happy with buying from the new category got some steals in that, imagine a masked guy in pub says in this bag (you cannot look in bag) is xxx give me $$$ and it is yours, no one can tell you about guy and as soon as you pass money he is gone, you cannot review him or items. Read the little descriptions carefully it may not be clear like showing picture of keyboard but description says key caps for sale, check postage cost factor that in and it may be cheaper to use temu or amazon. some items also have tax included(it will be written on auction page but not amount) you will not know amount until you check out. Notifications of bids and when item posted is good via email, all items I purchased arrived quick and well packed. I will use site again if something catches my eye in the new section

Terrible Customer Services. When one encounter an issue, i.e. with stock delivery issues or any other issue one can only contact this company via e-mail. This is time consuming and extremely frustrating especially if it takes ages to get ANY reply from them. I had an issue where 85% of my "Items Won" gone missing from my order. I did receive a refund for this but no explanation was given. Just a pre-scripted apology (by email).
