I’m a serious buyer on the platform more than a year now. More than happy how I am treated buy the staff and very happy with my orders. Highly trained staff and very friendly. I highly recommend the platform.

The place has become far too crowded and instead of it being a wholesale platform for secondary sellers its morphed into a retailer consumer orientated platform. Why? Too many single unit auctions and inviting absolutely anyone to join. I'll see the same item listed and split across 100 seperate auctions. It means instead of paying 20-30% of retail value you'll pay 60% because it takes very little investment from a consumer happy to have 40% off. This defeats the object (buy in bulk, split and sell to consumers) and makes it impossible to profit from anything on the place. Gone are the days of 10-20% RRP auction wins. Jobalots have essentially gone direct and cut the middle man out. I thought the whole idea was to buy in bulk, the clue is even in their name. Bidders should be the one breaking it down to individual units not Jobalots. Any decent sized auctions are now over inflated too as the place is also crowded with foreign investors benefiting from a weak GB currency. What a waste of space. Oh and you lose all consumer rights by agreeing to their ridiculous T&Cs.

Bonjour je suis client chez jobelots et très mécontent de leur réponse concernant un lot de transats qui passe régulièrement sur leur site et toujours la même réponse de leur part..... A savoir qu'il ne sont jamais responsable mais la sur ces fameux transats reçu ce jour après déballage mon ami et moi les avons testé de suite et au bout de 30 secondes assis dessus la lanière a cassé ainsi que le crochet soutenant de lanière et ils disent qu'ils ne sont pas responsables ok mais cette annonce passe régulièrement sur leur site je ne dois pas être le seul à constater que ce sont des produits de mauvaise qualité je vais de ce pas faire une réclamation et le signaler à l'alerte conso car si je revois cette annonce passée sur leur site je pense que je vais les attaquer donc je vous le dit m'acheter jamais des transats de couleur verte avec des photos mensongères

Automatic payments didn’t work twice so kicked off the site after plenty of successful transactions… Despite customer services saying they would help have had nothing but the same standard response from three different people. No telephone to speak to a human being. Used automatic payment loads before,never been a problem and all of a sudden it’s my fault!! Shocking way to treat repeat customers!!

I was charged for an item I didn't auction for, it was just added to my basket at the end of the transaction. I changed my mind about my shipping options and no place for me to modify my choices. I sent and email and I was expecting a response didn't get one.

I get the item today it is like using item and it doesn't work at all so paying money for chance was 50/50 I recommend everyone don't buy return work.

Hi there, was wondering I’ve tried to sign up to jobalot but access was denied, any idea why?

Had a good experience so far. All products purchased until now are in excellent condition, either just opened boxes or in need of minimal repair. It easy to bid and no excesive or hidden taxes like on other auction websites

I won an auction for £133 consisting of 12 items. When it arrived the most expensive item was missing (one of the only reasons i bought it). So i emailed them saying my item was missing, they email back saying we scanned it all so they cant do anything.

Don't try it. If you're not a trader. Not worth it. It may looks cheap but after sometime they itself increase their with random bidder. Those bid twice in a row to increase the price. And the post charges also high.

Very disappointed with customer services and products. In description was ,, 13x Family Matching Pyjamas'' and I recieved 12 pyjamas for kids and one for women. There is no point in complaining because you know the answer will be terms and conditions quoted at you.

I bought some pallets. Recently, pallets with things have been getting worse and worse, The purchase price exceeds the price of overgrowing the goods. So I recently received a pallet that contained a box of cotigoria food. As well as useless things like promotional booklets for the store. Which do not have RRP and are absolutely not suitable for sale because booklets have no price. So far, I estimate the Pallet of Unmanifested Customer Returns category as 50% to 50% as lucky.

just lost 2100£ 99% faulty not even worth repairing stay away from these i’ll be doing a charge back any ways

I have had a lot of issues with this company recently. Half of the items in my order are missing and they are not willing to provide refunds for the missing items. The other half of the items are broken. To top it off, I have opened on of the solar powered garden fountains I ordered today and inside the box was not a fountain but potatoes. I have contacted them but again I will be brushed off with them taking no responsibility. Do not use this company. All they will do is tell you to contact their support email address who just brush you off with the same standard emails.

They let individuals enter the platform and as result the bidding prices went higher. As a reseller is no profit from this company
