Some items have been delivered damaged one item I had to throw it away it was that badley damaged, could do with better packing.

Everything is great, except when you empty Christmas baubles out into a box and squash down their containers. And heavy garden pegs black sheeting for black sheeting was put in with Christmas wreaths . (the box was far too big) They fell through the bottom of the box

The website is good and easy to navigate. Not had any issues with delivery. Have had quite a few items that are missing parts, are badly damaged, clearly broken, or completely missing...much more than 10% of the delivery. One pallet was missing 2 beds worth several hundred pounds but when I contacted JLI I was told everything was on the pallet; maybe I was just unlucky.

It has been very good however the more I buy the more I receive items that have obviously been used for some time and then broke and returned, I have even been delivered boxes with nothing in and several glass oven trays that must have been obvious to the packer that these were just a massive 3D glass jigsaw. When I first started it was good, the odd item for instance a Air Frier Oven, which turned up completely broken and looked as if it had been used and uncleaned for months went straight into the bin, down to 3 stars now from 5

Good place to shop, on the "costumers returns" don't expect brand new stuff all the times. 50% or less so, bid carefully, don't over bid. Keep In mind that you may get Something to grab from the parcel box and dump it in the bin 😉

Great ideal good items at great prices you may get the odd damaged or product unusable but you still always get great value for what you pay anyway if you buy multiple items and parcels always well wrapped

Jobalot is a good place to start a selling business, Ihave been with them over 9 months now. There are the two main areas I purchased from: The brand new section and the customer returns section. It is a great risk bidding for item from the customer returns itema as 98% of the times they are not good, but the new brand item section is perfect. One of my biggest disatisfaction with this company is their communication method. They will not answer any communication from you wheter you contact them by email or their contact form, they will not respond to you at all. One time one of my package was delivered to someone else address, I contacted DPD and yhey to me to speak with the company because they might have put the wrong label on the box. I sent about 6 email to this company trying to let them know and to get a refund. It has been almost 3 months now and no response from them even up to this moment. They are not all smoth sailing with this company and I have spent over a £1000 on this platform, I am so disappointed with them.

Charges on postage ie item received 100 grammes (1-2kg) you charged £5.99 + Vat (2-10kg) 2nd Time this has happened Your excuse is it is the suppliers who advise you on weight. You cannot ring you anymore and you cannot even get a response once the original response is received you ignore emails hence the 2 stars

I won an auction for a pulley weight training system and was sent JUST the grip and NOTHING else. Just like i won an auction for 6 corked wine bottles which the auction had photos and emblazoned across the photo were the words 'this is six corked bottles' yet ONE uncorked wine bottle was sent and Jobalots swore blind that it was called Six Bottles despite the photo mentioned earlier and then fell back on the tried and tested 'photos are for illustration purposes' and their t&cs allow for a difference in amount of items sent... Im not the only one to encounter these problems if you read the reviews.
