It has gotten expensive on the bidding,I find it no longer a cheap site also the pp has gone up even tho you have won a few bids , I totally prefer it when you had 2days to pay for the won bids especially when you win 1/2 items then the same the next day that’s twice yr paying for pp , I don’t enjoy it like I used to

This company rips people off,i won auction which clearly states kingsize bed with mattress and double bed base,guest what no mattress and only half of double bed base,i clearly am up set no one is doing anything to sort this out

Great place to buy stuff both for reselling and personal use. Can get expensive though if you fail to take into consideration postage (which is not cheap) and VAT.. Normally receive well packed items in about 5 days. Personal experience with Customer return items is about 20-30% are damaged, something else you need to factor in when making making a bid. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought around 5 different pallets. I was advised I would get a call to book a delivery day and receive a two hour window for delivery. This worked well the first delivery. Every delivery since I have just received either a text or email with a delivery time. Each delivery has been delivered early which is not good as I use a storage centre and have to be there to sign for them so this has caused extra expense and problems as I have had to stop what I’m doing and get there quickly to accept the order. Jobalaot have today told me I don’t ge ETAs so I just get a delivery day. Either jobalot don’t know what they’re doing and how the system works or the courier is making it up as they go along. If you need accurate delivery information then avoid. I have emailed twice as you can’t call and nothing has changed hence my review.

I recently purchased an item off job a lot brand-new job lot of laptop charges 30 items in total the sale of £120 delivered upon delivery I noticed that two of the items were missing a total resale value of £42 it’s not much in the grand scheme of things but I thought I would send a message to Job a lot and see what they can do to help me as clearly somebody had missed counted and put the wrong amount in the box from the warehouse after contacting them I’d spoken to one other person saying they would let me know when they’re back in stock to be replaced as I didn’t want to refund them and then get contacted the day after to say that they’re no longer going to do anything after looking into the situation they’re not going to replace the items or refund them

Pretty unhappy. Over the last week I had 2 orders cancelled, one can only guess the auctions hadn't gone for a profitable enough amount as no one would give me an explanation as to why they were cancelled and the next day they were relisted! Secondly I ordered my first ever large pallet (I normally buy small pallets) 46 out of 67 items were broken and useless. Had to bin them and essentially £300! I get that products are unchecked etc etc, but perhaps Jobalots need to partner with companies that aren't just using the auction process as a way of avoiding having to scrap large amounts of damaged products by selling them and making them someone else's problem.

First order Received Today and very happy with Purchase will be bidding on more items soon
