Experiencia horrible y no recomendable ni para el peor de los enemigos. Compré un par de relojes de subastas, que supuestamente son devoluciones de Amazon y recibí los relojes rotos, muy usados y sucios. Inserevible. Pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Totalmente descartados.

Been e purchasing items for over a year. Began very well but removed the ability to call in regards to sorting minor issues. Couriers seem to deliver damaged boxes with large holes. Some do ask you to confirm items. But you just have no real guarantee as to the items you purchase. So no way to check.

I bid on an auction which clearly stated there were 6 corked glass bottles. They sent me a bubblewrapped single wine bottle with no cork.. I wrote into customer service and they told me that the "NAME" of the bottles is called "6 Bottles" hence no refund. I went back and took a photo of their auction which had a picture with 6 bottles and in big words across the photo: "Auction is for SIX empty corked bottles"! I pointed this out to them and that they based their decision on their MISUNDERSTANDING of their own auction yet they have steadfastly refused to reverse their decision and everytime they have a "new" person reply with a first name and no job title so make of that what you will but I will say its not how any professional company with integrity operates. BEWARE IS THE KEY WORD WHEN DEALING WITH JOBALOTS!

Theft and Liar, Big Scam Beware of this company (Jobalot) - Big Scammer!!! Most of the orders arrived missing products (not missing parts, it is the products of my order are missing and disappeared) !!! No one had been follow up, one of the staff member promised to send the missing products to me but I never received it. Useless support, the answer of their customer service agents are always saying they can't do anything about it and it's not their fault and we can’t help you, they have many excuses, even though they admitted they split your pallet into 2 pallets, the second one never arrived!!!! You never get what you paid for!!! It is more expensive than you go to buy a new one with protection and warranty. I know this is a gambling to buy products from this company and I found that it is a Big Scam due to most of the products are broken and used, electronic items are not working and faulty products, some of the items had been used for a long time with stink and filthy. When you contacted with their customer service, you never get in touch with them over the phone, if you try to contact them by email, it takes ages for their reply and don’t except they will solve your problem due to they can’t do anything!!! In addition, they can cancel your order at anytime due to their mistake, really big scam and be careful, don’t waste your time and money!!! It’s not worth, don’t trust them and they will not do anything to rectify it, they are liar. I’ve brought a pallet of more than 20 heaters, only 2 is working, the rest of them put into the bin immediately, it is more expensive than I buy a proper one at the big shop. There were another pallet, most of the toys are broken and the toys were cut into a small pieces like mince beef and the electric blankets are not working and some of them with dog’s hair and smell of urine which they are very disgusting!!! I don’t understand why this company can sell this product to the customer? I was extremely disappointed with Jobalot and I don’t want anyone to waste your money to buy rubbish from them!!!

If you would like to gamble and risk your money then go ahead and buy from them. Everything is a risk, you can receive items that have simply been returned as change-of-mind by the buyer (boxes damaged but item ok), or items not working at all or damaged beyond use. Do not be fooled or blinkered by the RRP prices as this is unrealistic if buying items to resell. The photo's are stock pictures taken from the original online seller and not actually how they look in reality. Paid over £70 for one lot, received it today and all 4 items are going in the bin as they are simply not fit for purpose and all broken. I may as well just thrown my money into a fire. Customer Services either won't or can't help and just quote the T&C's with a total lack of empathy or willingness to look at an amicable solution. Having spent a lot of money over the last 12 months, (yes some items have been OK and some totally useless which is expected and can cope some losses) but when ALL of the items are damaged in one lot then that's when it becomes unacceptable and totally unaffordable. After this last terrible experience, I will not be buying again as I simply cannot afford or willing to gamble any longer.......be warned.

This site is good but be careful. Alot of electronics are not functioning. Some devices are used for months, and returned as faulty. All home appliances are like that. I advise to invest in non-electric devices. Just do not invest alot because you would surprised some items are worst quality although they are new. The sandle I bought as 43 size, they were 47. The 24 dishes set I received, 11 pice were broken. The 400 cake set were les than 200 pieces only 😊. Just be careful when you buy. Today the 9th of March, I decided to check all the electronic devices that I bought to sell them or send them as gift. This is the worst experience 17 out 28 smart watch not working. The drone, faulty. Denral care device not workin, I test one out of 3. Robotic vacuum faulty. Normal vacuum faulty. I received today a gold earing I bought 3 days ago, the earing are missing from the box. I am shocked I spent 1400 euro on rubbish things.

Have used several times and had a few Issues which were resolved, I then purchased an I item which was Described as having 2 items. When it arrived there was only 1 and when I asked for a partial refund I was told As it was a return then items could be Missing. This is nonsense you advertised as two items if they are damaged or broken or Missing parts yes but there still should be 2

Since the phoneline customer service has gone, there's no reliable method of contacting the company when they make mistakes. Wrong item delivered, fewer items than bought, broken items (never by customer return fragiles, since they are 100% broken in my experience). It's a bumpy ride, which customers can accept when someone on the phone can rectify, but without the phoneline and some online form which doesn't send copies to your email...I've lost faith, I'm afraid. Just waiting to hear about the "new" consignment which isn't complete and bracing myself for either no reply or something else which doesn't resolve the issue (% off, equating to the value of missing item, or return full order and get full refund). Dunno, might take this further, but don't want to get a local business into trouble either. See what happens next and then decide, I suppose.

Purchased a customer's returned bathroom mirror, and the item was sent smashed to bits. Jobalot's reply was an email outlining their T&C's. Totally dishonest company. DO NOT expect to get what you win or the item to even work. (unless it's stated as new) Even then you may or may not get the full quantity!! In my very first order, I was short 14 items from 19 item order.

It is a total scam, have won auctions but they probably did not like the price was sold for and they said they have some problems with the stock and cancelled the auction. 2 times in 2 weeks. This website is getting worse everyday, and the quality is decreasing day by day. I would have recommend it 6 months ago , now it is just a waste of time .and half of the items are not even for car boot, just garbage.

items are sold as returns and are clearly from a warehouse fire. jobalots customer services is a joke. jobalots just buy in trash and list it as returns to shift it. they are very dishonest and i wouldnt reccomend them to anyone. absolute jokers

it's risky business regarding customer returns-sometimes it's just a fixer, sometimes perfect, sometimes not what was listed and sometimes an empty product box. I've had some great success with reselling I can't complain. I do notice the weight of certain reocurrring items can change on different days brand new items are the way if you don't want to take risks
