I did order allot of things from this website. Overall it was a good experience until the day you reach customer service which is not there. No phone number to discuss , they reply in 4 to 7 days if they ever reply AND on top of that they abuse their power and have your account SUSPENDED/DISABLED without any reason. Anyway i think i know the reason, i report my missing order to Paypal and looks like they don t like that. I literally pay almost £300 for a bunch of tech intems and instead the send me 20 x £1 Soap dispensers. I report this and i have almost 1 month and the situation in unresolved...Lucky i pay by PayPal So if you expect to fiind help with customer service... think 5 times before you start buying.

I bid and paid for a Twin pack of rechargeable batteries for my cordless drill. The package arrived this morning with only one battery inside. I emailed Jobalots and told them the problem. Jobalots answered my email bringing my attention to their rules of sale, mainly that parts could be missing!! The missing part of this consignment was 50%, so basically they could send you an empty box!!! What a scam!!!

This company continues to have the worst business practise I have ever encountered. They agreed to a refund in December but have not so to date. They make false claims here like my last review where they claim they had already refunded me on the matter, a lie. You can not call them and when you send an email they flog you off. They refuse to supply me with a statement and considering have spent pennies short of £3000 with them in just over 2 months is disgusting. I have a consignment here that i rejected immediately and they still have not collected it nor refunded me on that too. I sent a warning email that I will be going to the police if not sorted by the 19.01.23 as this is theft through deception. Outrageous conduct. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL CON YOU.

Horrible customer service, no one responds to email, you can't reach them by phone, old dated invoice system. To Avoid. I did sent many emails to Support, without any response I purchased auction which found to be counterfeit products. Updates, I did contact the company to the email provided however, no responses

Stay away. I started here to make extra money in my free time but I lost more. Source of stress. Especially from palet actions. Most of the items are rubbish. Scratch, broken and lost items. You cant ask anything because they always answer with a robot message as no warranty no responsibility etc. Ok, I understand but why 8 of 10 items are rubbish? what is the point to deceive people if you don't care what you sell.Anyway.Good experience for me. Really a waste of time.

Great Service on brand new items, payment policy changes are bad for customers. you have to pay by 12pm or they cancel the auction and block you for 7 -14 days. This was never the case. Second issue no last minute billing as auctions get extended by 3 minutes so not like ebay service.

We brought a very large joblot that should of been 3 pallets delivered yet we only received 1 pallet and was the cheapest items on the lot. Emails later and still not been solved not sure what to do been buying off them for 2 years now had few problems with missing things but not to this extent!! They need to bring back a phone number to sort these things out its so frustrating!!

Great company. I bought a pallet with new stuff, accurate as per the manifest (maybe 10% discrepancy) but when you buy stuff worth £10k for £400 i would say .... no problem!! 😀 Just ordered a returns pallet so I will update my review shortly, but as far as I know and experienced - The best company for pallet flipping,for resellers on brand new items. Had a major problem with part of my order. Even though it took 2 attempts to get a reply I did get a refund.

Absolutely discusting, placed an order after winning an auction, paid for it, no email confirmation & the order not recorded, even though they took the money out of my bank account! I had to go through my bank to get it back. Complete scam! Avoid! I emailed several time to sort this out & each time they tried to make an excuse. It’s simple, if there isn’t an order in the system for that amount then you can’t take it out of my account! Shocking customer service, they take days to reply also.

Unfortunately several items have been damaged on arrival, however it is stated on the website that items may be damaged. You have to take the rough with the smooth when buying customer returns.

A large order had lots missing and was near 50% damaged, broken unusable. Tried to phone, but they are not taking calls so had to email at length, listing all the missing items and breakages.

4stars only reason is when you do have a problem customer service isn't contactable anymore.but things I have had from here has been alright made some good cash along the way.its a risky thing returns so the ones that are complaining need to stop complaining iv only ever had 1 bad lot and been doing this the past year

Easy to use website, great choice of goods and speedy delivery.

Avoid at all cost, only buy if brand new products, my experience over the last few months: Description says one thing but you got something different. Shipping items in poor condition they arrived even more damage. Recently bid on 1 pallet got it cheap but they charged me double Shipping because I got this cheap and that was not enough they shipped it in very poor condition the items were getting more damage as the driver was moving the pallet around the items scratches on the floor. Gave a few tries but looks like not worth unless it's brand new items.

Absolutely crap, spent a fortune on so say overstocks that were manifested most of what arrived was not on the list, out of date ham slices, chicken pieces, cakes etc that were over a month out of date and shouldn’t of even been on the delivery! Lost a huge amount of money basically running backwards and forwards to the tip! The pallets were not as advertised and listed it was utter crap and after a complete shambles of a time trying too sort out the first lot (bought within a couple of days) too be told they were sorry and it should be all fine on the second delivery that literally took over 3 weeks too arrive the goods were worse, completely avoid this awful scam of a company waste of time and money and they obviously don’t care!

They will not honour winning bid if its too low. I won a bid for £300 for items that were supposedly valued at £19000 (I did my research it wasn't). They didn't honour it, when I went to pay for it the bid disappeared and it was removed from my Bidding history. You are better off buying elsewhere from other wholesalers. Buyers Beware!

I do not recommend, I ordered a stack of returned products with a list of products and they came totally different, I barely had 20 products from the past on the list. instead, the rest of the products, up to 120 products, were totally different from those on the list. I contacted them and you didn't offer me any solution, they said that there can't be a big difference between the products on the list and what I received. this is how i lost 600 pounds

Over priced goods selling returns for more than you can get them on Amazon brand new just a ripoff company
