A group of thieves, always again, the shipment is always incomplete, and the customer service is dead

You can improve by actually reading emails, I won a lot and received no email or confirmation to pay I tried to chase 4 times by email and been given a different excuse each time, all saying I hadn’t won, then today I was told I had won but didn’t pay! Ridiculous I never got an option to pay! Plus 2 lots I’ve received had half the items missing!

Easy to deal with BUT have notice selling of 1 item rather than groups of 5 or 10 or more

Won a pallet on this site it was worth over 10,000 Euros bought for 320 euros the auction said I won by over 100 euros from last bid but when I went to buy it the item was not there clicked on did not win and item said was sold for over 600 euros. Buyers beware of this company they don't honor the winning bids if to low.

Any customer return item I purchased was actually broken ! Faulty or arrived with missing parts !!! Even some of the new items I ordered arrived damaged on transport but there no way to return or replace the item ! Even if u lucky enough to successfully return a item u won't get ur original postage cost back ! Customer Support so hopless and unhelpful. Pls make sure u read thier terms and conditions before leaving bid on anything because if u bid and u don't pay till end of the day ur account will be blocked ! But if u receive faulty broken damaged or missing part item its was ur luck and u need to accept the fact u have lost ur money !

Care isn't taken when packing. Things are very squashed and ruined from packing . Really not worth buying anything electrical never works

It allows you to bid on ornaments that's smashed and broken surely they know this when doing the manifest And things are always missing from the orders . Also the 1-2 days postage means nothing I’ve waited 5 days

Pictures and descriptions not matching products received. They don't give a ... about customers...

Pallet of 183 items 46 items were missing, after many emails going back and forwards a few pounds compensation offered. I felt I was not believed.
