The online part did not have a picture or description. The part number did not corespond with OEM nor the mfg. I talrd to the order to DAniel A. and gave a full discription of vehicle vin number etc. I also gave a disription of the part in detail which he repeated back I recieved the wrong part. I called twice and told them what was wrong they said I would be contacted by Daniel as he was the sales person. 3 day's no call back I also emailed by recieved no response.

Have just about everything I've ever needed with which seems like unlimited quantities of some items which is great when your ordering 40-60 of some. Prices are very competitive with local business and websites. Free shipping on qualified orders is a deal maker.

Our order was placed and the confirmation arrived shortly after but the delivery did not ship for a full week THEN I waited the couple days to receive it. If it was a non-stock order or shortage then an email informing of a possible delay would have been great.

They got me parts no one else could and for a good price, they stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on, I will shop here more and more. Thanks for your help. Bill

The alternator I ordered was backordered. I received a telephone call the next day and was given the option of canceling the order or waiting. I elected to wait. When the alternator was available (much earlier than was anticipated)...I received an email that it was in stock and shipping. The alternator arrived soon after that.

It was very easy to find the right part, navigate through the process and my part was here in a couple of days which is very unusual for something purchased on the internet to arrive in central Montana.

I ordered a Rabestos remanufactured brake caliper which was delivered promptly by next-day air. The caliper unfortunately had oversize threads in the bleed screw port which allowed brake fluid to leak past. I sent an email and was called within a few hours to arrange for return of the part and a new part was shipped same day.
