I was directed to Finditparts by lighting manufacturer Grote. Finditparts had the items I needed in stock. Their courteous representative quickly processed my order correctly, shipped the items quickly, and kept me informed of the status of my order daily. I will use Finditparts as my personal and business source for our lighting needs.

Sending me an email telling me that my order would ship in 1-5 days, then it is going FedEx 3-5 days was very disheartening. Went to bed very upset with your company. I have never bought anything on line and been told it might take 1-5 days just to ship the item. If that is not your policy, then you should never have sent me that email. As it stands, the delivery from FedEx is scheduled for 1/21. If this happens then that is very good. The email the I received is NOT a good idea

I was in a pinch to get my order in a hurry and they totally came through for me, the item was in great condition and arrived when it was scheduled. I'm definitely going to be using them again in the future!

I was interested in purchasing a set of power, heated Velvac mirrors for my box van. I called for more information on the description of the model I was looking at to be sure that it would work on my vehicle and that all the necessary components would be included for the install. I called technical support and had Jim on the line. He answered all the questions that he could but there was one question that he had to call the manufacturer for. I was put on a brief hold only to find out that Velvac was already closed. Jim took all my information, called Velvac first thing Monday morning and then called me with the answer to my question. Fantastic; the order was placed and the mirrors are already on my van less than a week later just in time for the predicted morning ice storm! Great experience with a well managed company!

Shipping was expensive and when it got to boarder it almost doubled

The ordering was easy and delivery time was reasonable. Unfortunately I transposed the part number and ended up with the wrong part. I am returning it today for a full refund.

We ordered 2 convex side mirror for a C Class RV and you sent two for an A Class RV. We need to return for full credit.

I ordered an air filter, they sent me an oil filter. I called twice, never got to speak to a live person. I left a voice mail message, have yet to receive a call back.

I can only say GOOD things about my experience with my FinditParts order. I made a mistake. They said they had some error in the advertisement and overall I got everything I needed at a VERY GOOD price. If anyone has a part that they are having difficulty locating. The part was delivered lightening fast, but when we received it, we "thought" we had an issue. We contacted SAL CARONA who responded quickly, investigated the issue and then helped us troubleshoot the problem. The part was actually the correct one. We just needed help customizing it for successful installation. Sal came to the rescue and helped us out.
