The gentle man I spoke to Reiss Grant, was very informative and took time to explain information I wanted clarified. Today I felt ready to take the plunge and enrolled. I just so happend to speak to Reiss again, being such a personable representative of Oxbridge I remembered his name and was surprised that he also remembered me. That displays great attention to detail and how serious he takes his job. So thank your Reiss for your time and efforts, you truly are a credit to Oxbridge, and I would also like to thank Oxbridge for providing such a useful course and keeping a high standard, evident in reviews written by past and present students. United Kingdom | 17 February 2024One should avoid Oxbridge like the plague. They have a polished sales product pitch, but horrible follow through. The 14 day cancellation window is not long enough to see how bad the service is. Not only is the material badly organised , as someone who has a PhD I was not able to follow their physics GCSE lesson. The web interface is incredibly buggy, oftrn their multiple choice questions had no right answer. The unlimited access to tutors is a flat out lie. They’re glorified markers at best; any advice or actually tutoring is non existent. Tutor response is a joke. No way to get a refund when their service goes south. Run Far Away!!

United Kingdom | 13 February 2024Currently studying on the travel and tourism diploma. I suffer from migraines and was told by my doctor to withdraw from the course. As I was a few days out of the cancellation period they wouldn’t allow me to drop the course, even though someone said that if I got a letter from the Doctorow it would help. I emails the finance company who you pay the course though to see if they could do anything and got told that Oxbridge hand settled my complaint and they did it do anything. The amount of things that needs to be recorded for interviews and role plays is ridiculous!! This should have been mentioned when paying for the course. There are several assignment that states you need to email your tutor so that you can get example of certain things and it does take several days for them to get back. When emailing don’t expect to get through to the same person also. If anyone is think of doing it you should make sure you have someone who is willing to be recorded for assignment also. The grading system is also shambles!! You are given an assignment sheets and when you do what they want on the sheets they turn round and see you need more. It doesn’t give you much detail as to do for different grade. I did actually get hold of the course hand book and the amount of stuff that states I should be provided with is ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

United Kingdom | 09 February 2024I enrolled on the Spanish iGCSE just under a year ago, they contacted me several times to get my money and after that I didn't hear from them again. I contacted them today to find out when my exam date will be and they told me : "it isn't an expectation of the college to tell students when to book their exams...it is the expectation of the student to set themselves a reminder in their calendar" this is the first time I have heard of this, she also told me that I have now missed the deadline. Also, there is no taught content in the course at all, I bought the course book off Amazon 'Spanish for Edexcel International GCSE' and I could have saved myself £450 and just worked through the book. And beware the audio portion of the book that they provide online doesn't work on iPad only on a browser so you can't work from your iPhone or tablet. I've been studying Spanish for almost 6 years and I'm at level B1, I only took the course because I thought it would be a good idea to get something in writing, if you're a beginner then this course will be way too difficult for you Update after reply: There are no messages on my portal, there isn’t even anywhere to select a message service. And no I was never not told that it is the students responsibility to book their own exams. Am I supposed to guess this stuff?!! I’ve also sent them a private support message which funnily enough they haven’t bothered to reply to, apparently they’re too busy replying to Trust Pilot reviews

United Kingdom | 08 February 2024My experience of learning with Oxbridge was appalling. I enrolled on Level 3 Criminology. I was given the wrong email address for my tutor which took weeks to clarify. A different tutor marked every assignment, commenting to contact them if I'd like to discuss. However, I had no contact details for any of them. The questions were not worded very well or had numerous spelling mistakes. I emailed regarding this and had a reply saying they are aware and are 'working on it'. Several links in different units were no longer valid or did not work. My certificate was supposed to be received between 10 and 12 weeks. I sent an email chasing it at 14 weeks and had to wait 16 days for a reply to my email. After 18 weeks I eventually received my certificate. The content of the course was interesting, however the structure, grammar, links, wording and overall communication seriously needs improving. Oxbridge should be ashamed to deliver courses without proofreading the content first. This course cost £400. I was very disappointed and throughout felt like it was ran by someone trying to impersonate a learning institution.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2024Avoid like the plague, they’re excellent at communicating until they’ve taken your money. After that they’re atrocious with organizing exams or keeping you updated. Attempts to contact customer support are met by poorly trained antagonistic staff who are in desperate need of training. Manager call back is as useless a chocolate teapot. Judging by previous reviews which I had foolishly not checked prior to paying, I don’t doubt a quick witted reply to my review. Rest assured reader, that’s all you’d get out of them is excuses and smart answers rather than the product and service you pay for.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2024Myself and a colleague completed the Level 3 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT through Oxbridge. We both had very different experiences one good finishing the course and receiving the certificate very quickly. Without boring you with intricate details I will just say unfortunately my experience was very different. I found the assignments depending on the tutor were dealt with quite differently. I finished the course in June and unfortunately had to chase & chase my certificate but eventually it turned up in January!!! I don't know that I would use Oxbridge again or recommend them. Hope this helps future students.
