United Kingdom | 12 October 2023Do not buy ICB Payroll Management I have been sent an out of date course. The assignments are copied from earlier chapters and there are incorrect answer sheets to the practice questions so there's no abililty to practice the concepts. There are references to years as early as 2019 so its impossible to tell what has actually been updated. The tutor was unable to provide basic information about the exam and marked correct answers wrong because he was confused. I made a complaint and was told they needed 28 days to investigate. We are now past that and I am being told the curriculum team needs to look into the issues. These are not complicated issues to look into and there is no timeframe being given for this. They need to refund the money they have taken because I cannot trust any of their resources. Customer support keep saying they understand my frustration but are unable to resolve this or provide contact details for someone who could. EDIT: in response to Oxbridge's comment, there is nothing in my complaint which should take any substantial time to investigate. I am being stonewalled. I have asked for a refund and believe Oxbridge will continue to stonewall me in hopes I will give up.

I have just managed to get all the questions that I needed answers to (and a few more that I didn't know I needed) answered. Natalie and Ayesha were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. If you are considering home learning I would definitely recommend a conversation with Oxbridge.

Zara Lampey, my politics and history tutor has similarly made my studies easier with her insightful responses to my questions. Both tutors have gone above and beyond specifically at the stressful time that is applying to University. I cannot fault any of my tutors they have all been great so I would recommend Oxbridge to everyone!

United Kingdom | 07 October 2023First of all, ignore the Trustpilot score, notice how most of the good reviews are actually about the sales team, not about how good the course is. They specifically ask customers to give good a review on Trustpilot describing how helpful the sales rep. was, with the excuse that their performance appraisal is upcoming. Which is probably not even true, they just use it as an excuse to inflate their score, because if they really wanted to get feedback for their sales team they'd make you do it on a private form on their website, as the sales part is just 1% of the overall experience. Once you actually start the course, you then find that you were basically just sold lies, in fact tutors are often not even qualified (A quick search on LinkedIn will tell you everything you need to know about your tutor) for the subjects they are supposed to help you with, and they don't even bother answering your questions properly, if at all. I sent a follow-up email to a questionable (at best) statement my tutor made on the 18th of September, still no answer to this date. The feedback on the assignments has frankly been abysmal, definitely not something you would pay upwards of £700 for. They literally just paste a screenshot of the model answers, with no further explanation. The funny part is that the none of the model answers, or the assignments are actually produced by them. They just copy and paste questions from past papers, but it gets even better! The material they provide, is often incorrect and unreliable. For example I pointed out a major mistake (the kind you would expect from someone who has no clue about the subject) 3 months ago and they still haven't even bothered to correct it! Not only that, but the material doesn't even contain everything you need to complete the assignments they put together. I ended up asking for a refund, to which they replied with "This has been raised as a formal complaint which means it will be investigated fully by our Student Support team. Once we've looked into this, we will send you a full response." It's been almost three weeks since then, and unsurprisingly they haven't said anything back at all. They didn't even reply to my follow-up email from last week. I simply can't overstate enough the fact that you are not getting your money's worth with this course. What they're likely going to say now is say that since I've been enrolled in the course for more than 14 days, they are "unfortunately" unable issue a refund, completely disregarding the fact that I have received no value whatsoever from their course or tutors. If anything, I helped them out more by pointing out embarrassing mistakes and omissions in their material. All I can say is that you should stay well clear of this company - and in general all online learning providers. Just put the money towards a tutor who is actually qualified and proper books that cover the specification of your exam board. Everything else, like past papers and high-quality learning material (certainly better than what you're getting here) are available for free online. Edit: Yes, of course you're not familiar with the private form, because you don't have one. You choose instead to ask people to leave stellar reviews, increasing your score, for something that accounts for less than 1% of the overall experience, misleading people into thinking they'll be in great hands, which in my experience has definitely not been the case. Does someone who got a D in Computing and a Bachelor of Arts in Media/Multimedia count as a Computer Science expert in your view? Because that's who was marking my assignments. Plus my actual Computer Science tutor (who somewhat confusingly wasn't the one marking my assignments, but that wouldn't be an issue if the people marking the assignments were actually good and provided meaningful feedback, perhaps even with decent grammar) The major error was identified and acknowledged three months ago by your Head of STEM. Though I have to add that I also had to go back and forth with him a couple of times to actually get him to acknowledge the full mistake, because his initial response still contained mistakes, which you really wouldn't expect from a qualified tutor on something that is literally in the first section of the course. Edit 2: I'm afraid you are the one fundamentally misunderstanding things, I suggest you read back my review carefully instead of accusing me of misunderstanding how the course works. Your Computer Science tutors unfortunately have not given the impression of being qualified. Certainly the credentials available online of one of them (the one who got a D in Computing) do not match what you have said. I also really appreciate how you successfully avoided all the other points I raised.

United Kingdom | 04 October 2023I did the Level 3 Counselling Diploma, and it was a smooth experience from the beginning to end. My personal tutor, Kelly, was always responsive and friendly. Each unit was marked very quickly, so I managed to finish the entire course in around two months. This worked very well for me, since I needed to have a flexible course that suited my schedule. The only tricky thing was that sometimes the questions were worded in a confusing way. However, this was fine for me since Kelly was always able to clear up any misunderstandings I had. Overall, would recommend!

I was impressed with your A level results and also the flexibility of your system. My son is in an online school and as it is getting more structured over the years, i.e., more like a conventional school (only online) and less of a home school, I started looking for other options and found Oxbridge.
