We spoke to Natalie today who was so helpful in providing all the information to inform our decision for our daughter to do her A-levels privately through Oxbridge instead. My daughter is now excited to have not lost out on an opportunity to complete her education and is looking forward to starting her new A-levels on Monday. United Kingdom | 08 November 2023I'm currently only a week in to the course of A Level in Computer Science and so far I'm enjoying it but there are just a few issues which I feel are pretty integral considering it's self studying, I've only done the first three PDFs of Unit 1 and I have noticed errors, in the recommended videos section there are videos which do not relate to the document which is a bit confusing initially but also makes me worry that there was a different video that I have now missed, also the answers to questions are either not fully explained (so if you get it wrong how are you supposed to understand why) or the answers themselves are wrong i.e answer should have 8 figures but actually only has 6 or 7 in some cases even missing! luckily I have found the answers online but its making me question whether or not to ask for a refund as I've just paid £596 (discounted) for a course that I'm having to go elsewhere for the answers for - I have submitted anonymously as I'm currently studying this course to get into a different career and don't want to risk a colleague seeing it *Edit - I have since spoken to my tutor who said he would look Into my queries and gave me the answers to the questions in the meantime which is why I have now changed it from 3 stars to 4 stars, it's still only at 4 as it's frustrating that I have had to go to my tutor to get the answers but I'm not blaming him, I'm blaming the materials but the 2 documents I've looked at afterwards don't seem to have this problem so hopefully it won't be an issue any longer

I think £90.00 to switch to study at different level was expensive considering that I hadn't even started it! It's worth knowing there is a charge involved so don't rush into it without knowing exactly what you wish to study.
