Both of my children are studying with Oxbridge, one for A levels and the other for GCSE's (We moved abroad recently, and I wanted the children to have a British Education). I spoke with many colleges and training providers before choosing Oxbridge and enrolling onto 12 courses, this was a major investment, not only financially but the next 2 years of my children's lives, I wanted the very best for them. I knew once i had spoken with Oxbridge that they were a front runner, not only because they were available but because of the knowledge held by the advisors, I very much liked the view before you enrol feature which means they are confident in their qualifications and after seeing many of them i see why. My children are happy, enthused, motivated and are enjoying learning. The learning portal is very easy to use (at any age) and communication with the tutors is excellent, with turn around times being very good. The materials are very good, they are indepth and show you were to go for more information should you want to. The tutors have also provided extra resources (the external videos are a nice break from reading, revising and traditionally learning) which is very helpful, my daughter has used an online library to read these recommendations. Overall, I am very pleased with all aspects provided by Oxbridge and as an ex-teacher I thought it would be hard to impress me especially when i was an advocate for in person learning.

Wow, I have to say I am very surprised to see such overwhelming praise for this company. I enrolled on an A level maths course with them, being new to the material I was completely unable to properly vet them, however the GCSE bridging videos did do a good job of getting me back into the swing of maths. However, the A level materials have been swamped in errors, I have wasted evenings pulling my hair out trying not understanding things, only to find that the error has been in the materials themselves. Sometimes these have been small things, other times major things, there have been a very many of them though. Tutor support has largely been good - although mostly apologetic, even going as far as to acknowledge that the version of the materials I have been working through weren't properly proof-read. What should have been two evenings study turned into over a week going backwards and forwards with various tutors, after having experiences of tutors not getting back to me I started email every tutor on the list just to make sure I would receive a response. I have asked for a contact with their regulatory body as I am pursuing a refund on the course as it is absolutely not up to scratch. I was informed that they have no regulatory body so there is nobody else to go through, yet further inspection of their website shows that Ofqual would've been the appropriate contact to provide me with. I have now been fobbed off again, nobody has even acknowledged my requests for a refund yet, preferring instead to just pretend I never put it in writing. I am currently I am compiling the materials and emails in preparation to send everything off. Utterly disgusted by this company, if you are looking at doing maths then stay well clear of them. Edit: I literally have an email with one of your tutors apologising that the materials weren't properly proofread. Another tutor advised me that the materials are updated regularly so that I can expect the corrected materials shortly, as though I signed up to a live beta service. Still no acknowledgement of my request for a refund either, readers take note here. It's easy to inflate your statistics too, could you please provide the source of your 98% pass rate. Does this include all students who have signed on to the course, or is this only students who go on to sit an exam? Can you also provide a grade breakdown for that pass rate too?

Stay clear of this company. I purchased an A-level chemistry with them, and the material is appallingly written, and incorrect. I brought the course and started it before leaving it for a couple of weeks due to family commitments. They have refused to refund the money. Despite me showing them their errors. I have even offered to pay for the first month and exit fees.

From the very beginning, my tutor Lisa was quick to reply to my emails, which was incredibly helpful as I had a tight deadline to complete my DET Level 5 course. Her prompt responses gave me the reassurance that I was in good hands. Not only was she polite and professional in her communication, but she also took the time to provide detailed explanations and guidance. She never hesitated to go the extra mile to ensure that I fully understood the concepts and units. Oxbridge were very quick in responding to my queries whilst doing my course work, however they changed requirements to pass units and for my observations half way through the course without notifying me, so I ended up having to rework some of my units. When it came to the end of my course, they failed to tell me that I had completed my units and then took 7 months to issue the certificate (after chasing on several occasions) I feel that the courses themselves and the support given by the course expert was good , however the customer service and administration given by oxbridge needs improving.

it’s fun and easy to learn

I enrolled onto 4 a-levels 2 years ago with Oxbridge. From start to finish i have been supported and pushed for more. I have been accepted onto a medical degree at my first choice university and i am absolutely delighted. The support i had from my tutors was more personalised than school was, and studying in my own time was more effective for me (as evidenced by my grades) Thank you to my tutors and the student support team for all that you did, i will never forget it! Thank you! If you are reading this thinking shall i? Then do it, yes, more expensive than other courses of a similar title, but the difference is what you get after and that for me was the most important thing.
