United Kingdom | 21 September 2023Shoddy materials, errors throughout the course, assessments merely cut-and-pasted past papers available online, inexpert and unprofessional tutors with poor subject knowledge. Oxbridge HL's Computer Science A-level course is badly written and full of errors. Absolutely unacceptable to do this to teenagers relying on mainstream qualifications to get into uni. Oxbridge complaints and support procedure is a complete joke: they ignore, deflect, waffle, do not provide solutions and worst of all leave errors in their materials uncorrected so that other students will also learn the wrong information - that's how much they care about the student. They then try to boost image by writing gushing replies to 5-star reviews and hope prospective customers don't notice the 1-star ones (all of which reflect my experience). I want my money back. If there's no refund forthcoming within 7 days I'll be taking it to the small claims court. [Edit since reply: A serious organisation would have emailed me immediately with the steps they were taking to "thoroughly investigate", without having to be chivvied along by a 1-star review, I certainly never mentioned fake reviews Oxbridge, so perhaps try reading with more attention!! That basically sums up your organisation's approach: sloppy. I have had no acknowledgement or further communication from the Computer Science Lead.]

United Kingdom | 20 September 2023I received my Functional Skills Level 2 results for English and Maths yesterday, and I'm delighted to share that I passed both exams. This achievement means a great deal to me as I faced challenges in obtaining my GCSEs during my school years, which had been holding me back. My tutors were not only incredibly supportive but also took the time to explain not just the 'how' but also the 'why' behind the concepts. Their dedication and patience made all the difference in my learning journey. Enrolling with Oxbridge turned out to be a fantastic decision, as I was able to earn these qualifications in less than two months. This has opened up new opportunities for me, and I'm excited to see where my newly acquired skills will take me.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2023It started off well, Oxbridge lured us in with great conversations and promises. Communication was not great and no complaints procedure, were told to email the support team which is not the complaints team. Several issues with them that were not really resolved. Avoid where possible there are better online learning providers out there.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2023Ridiculous. I started three A-levels in AUG 2022, I stopped doing one of them within the first couple months as I realised it was a mistake. Aside with the fact the course would also be missing parts of information, be unclear on teaching points and then test you in the assignment on information they did not teach me. Not only this there is multiple errors in their coursework which go to further confuse a course I am already not enjoying. At no point was I made aware that you had three months the change your course. As of today I decided to message them to see if there is anything they could do to help me especially as this is a massive part of my education and life. They offered no support or help and said as it is past three months there is nothing they will do in accordance to their 'policies'. I find this so horrible after paying close 2k to do my a-levels with them and they refuse to offer any help or to transfer my a level. I have completed less than 15% of this course and clearly stopped this course within the first three months. I find it absolutely horrendous the lack of care or help they offer to someone who is trying to make the correct life decisions and has made a mistake. I haven't asked for any extra time or extra support, I have hardly used their resources, this is completely unreasonable and I would never recommend anyone to ever choose this school to do their a-levels. Biggest mistake ever. EDIT** In response to your reply I like to clarify I have been incorrectly paraphrased and they have used examples from the other two courses I am doing. I asked for the opportunity to redo a LAW assignment which is not the course I am referring to and on live chat with your college when I stated I am halfway through it is in no means halfway through the course it was meant as halfway through my course length.. In the course I have completed ONE assignment and spoken to the tutor maybe two or three times. I am not sure how not allowing me to switch courses is anything to do with any other students as I am not in need of any extra time or support I just wanted to change a course I am NOT DOING to one I would continue to learn with. Please don't try to twist my words and actions to make it seem like I am a liar. I have paid for three A-Levels with you, and am actively trying to complete two, so yes I would still be in contact with your tutors. Your response only goes to prove to me how little you seem to care about the students whom have paid to study with you, and show no attempt to help them once they have paid. Also I think it is quite funny how you can try to use my email that I sent yesterday about a different course to try and undermine and invalidate my statement and you have taken the time to write a hostile response back to me on here but I have had no response over email or any contact from anyone regarding my email concerns. You do seem to have your priorities straight.

United Kingdom | 16 September 2023Stacey on the online chat support was amazing. I had found so much conflicting information online about having to train in a classroom in order to be considered qualified and Stacey explained it all clearly to me that it wasn't the case. I was so close to giving up on this but Stacey was so reassuring and gave me exactly the information I needed and have spent days looking for. Thank you so much!

United Kingdom | 15 September 2023We have been working with Oxbridge for the past 18 months, and from the very first call we have received sound advice and support, it has been consistent and excellent quality throughout. I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the outstanding experience my son had with Oxbridge during his A-level studies. From start to finish, the support and dedication he received were truly exceptional. The tutor support provided by Oxbridge was nothing short of phenomenal. The tutors not only possessed a wealth of knowledge in their respective subjects but also showed a genuine interest in the overall well-being of their students. They went beyond just academic guidance and offered holistic support, ensuring that my son felt motivated, confident, and ready to face any challenges that came his way, and importantly the exams. Their personalised attention and encouragement played a pivotal role in his (expected) academic success. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the speed at which assessments were marked and returned. It was amazing how efficiently the tutors provided feedback on my son's work. This timely feedback not only helped him track his progress but also allowed him to make necessary improvements promptly. It is evident that Oxbridge values the importance of timely evaluation, which contributes significantly to a student's growth and development. The interactive portal used for the course was excellent, at each stage evaluating your progress. Its user-friendly design and intuitive navigation made accessing course materials, resources and feedback very easy. The well-organised format kept my son engaged and focused, making his learning experience much more enjoyable. The portal also facilitated seamless communication with both tutors. I am delighted with the comprehensive nature of the course offered by Oxbridge. It not only covered the essential academic content but also emphasised the application of knowledge in practical scenarios. The inclusion of real-world projects and case studies gave my son a deeper understanding of the subjects and prepared him for real-life challenges beyond the classroom. Furthermore, as a parent, I greatly appreciated the transparency and regular updates from Oxbridge. They kept me informed about my son's progress, performance, and any areas that required special attention. This open communication reassured me that my son was in capable hands throughout his educational journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Oxbridge to any parent seeking a supportive and enriching educational environment for their child's A-level studies. Thank you, Oxbridge, for helping my son reach his full potential and for providing an educational journey he will cherish for a lifetime.
