Everything was very straightforward. I was surprised how uncomplicated the process was. I was expecting to have to field a lot more paperwork and records, and I avoided starting because of what a big job I thought this would be. I was pleasantly surprised.

The best thing for us was connecting with a Senior Banker named Cameron Tegeder. Cameron was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs and desires were first and foremost in the process. Secondly, the Client Care Center was there to answer each concern we faced and when we were not sure about the process they explained it to us very clearly. Beware! I do not recommend Rocket Mortgage. They cannot process flood insurance policies correctly nor on time then try to make you pay more for a policy they purchased for you. Friendly and courteous but inept and long hold times!

I liked the computer process of uploading all required information. I didn't like having to go through the closing process 3 times before your closers got it right. I value my time and you wasted too much of it. Competence goes a long way in my eyes.
