had the worst experience with this company at the last minute to the closing date they refused my loan. i was desperate cause I gave the evac notice to my apartment that I would be moving to my house and they already leased to another tenant and I really had no option but to move to an Airbnb since the agent at Rocket Mortgage told me that everything is set up. at last moment they reject my loan.

I really enjoyed the guidance I was given as well as any of my questions being answered. Fast responses were a plus and I loved that I had one person for almost the whole process!

5th home buying experience and this was by far the easiest and quickest! The APP made everything convenient. I made this purchase for my mother, who is blind and disabled, so I had to use a real estate power of attorney which usually complicates everything but Rocket Mortgage didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend. By the way, The real estate agent they recommended, Jeannine was awesome.

Very easy tesnsaction

Finally a VA finance company that are just as concerned about helping me with with my finance as I am and care about me not there bottom line.

All of the people that worked on my purchase of a home were knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and respectful.

Everything went great. The only kink was we were told that there was only one creditor you weren't taking..but it ended up being three you didn't take. So, that threw us off a bit. But, all other communication and all of it went through quickly and easily.

Everything went smooth and efficiently. The only improvement would be to streamline the high interest debt payoff process by securing an electronic process rather than the mailing of paper checks.

Working with the team was a pleasant experience. The whole process was smooth with no problems.

We went with Rocket because they had the mortgage on our previous house and had always been good to us. At first, everything went fine. Brittany Luther and Kristie Tyer were awesome. They were quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. As soon as the loan agent, Tyler Hooper, got involved, everything hit rock bottom. We were moving to another state for work. He was so disorganized that we ended up making the eight-hour drive between states 3 times to close on our house only to be told that a document was missing and it had to be postponed. Whenever we spoke to him on the phone, we had to listen to his kids yelling in the background, making it difficult to hear him. He was condescending when speaking to me, and kept blaming any problems on everyone else, even telling me that my husband had lied to me when the conversation he was referencing had been on speakerphone with me sitting right there. After finally closing, they immediately sold off our loan after the first month. Will not use them again.

The entire process was very easy and quick. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
