From start to finish the process was fast, easy, and quick. Started the process on a Saturday and did not expect to hear anything till a Monday. We were contacted right away.

From the initial application, to closing, receiving the emails of items in the dashboard and able to see and respond through the dashboard was easy. When items could not or did not seem to upload, contacting someone through the dashboard we received immediate assistance.

This was the 3rd morgage I have had with Rocket and the first 2 went so well I didn't reach out to any other. This one had 3 people involved and was painful all the way to closing.

I was talking to an agent named Dominique. He assure me that they can help me refinancing my home so I could consolidate bills. However, I have to pay $500 for appraisal which I was fine with. After that they turned around said they cannot help me after assuring you before I pay the $500 that they can. Now I'm $500 debt more I feel like all they did was scam me. It's frustrating
