It was a pleasure working with Bryce during our refinance process. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Throughout the process we were helped along the way with reminder emails that included task list that always let us know where our loan was in terms of processing. When closing time came, everything went very smoothly. The whole process only took a couple of weeks from start to finished.

It was easy and quick. Andy Richey helped me navigate the process. Closed in two weeks. Only negative thing was NO written copies of the mortgage documents were provided. Spending $6,000 on closing costs and have to print out 120 pages at home is kind of cheap.
