I thought that I had made my reservations correctly and only needed to update the number of passengers. I called Kemwell and talked to Elizabeth and I am so glad that I did! Elizabeth pointed out a few possibly costly mistakes that I had made. Elizabeth’s help was invaluable, not only did she correct my reservation, she offered some tips and hints that will make travel in Germany more pleasant. Kemwell, you have a valuable asset in Elizabeth.

Great prices, some trouble getting payment form to be accepted when using autocomplete in chrome.

This is our fourth Kemwel rental. We try to rent from Hertz in Europe and Kemwel has better rates than going to Hertz directly. We always book with an automatic transmission car with all inclusive insurance because we don't want to deal with bureaucracy of offices in different countries. It has come in handy 2 of our bookings where we could just walk away since we paid for the all inclusive rate. The peace of mind in booking the inclusive rate has been outstanding for us!

I hate that I have to give this company even 1 star. The rental company I was assigned would not accept the credit card I offered (the booking was in my name, the card was in my wife's), and I was told I could not get a refund. Not being able to get the car was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. The fact that I could not get a refund - that will ensure I NEVER do business with this company again. Very bad business.
