We usually rent cars in Europe with Kemwel- great so far. I called yesterday to change car companies since I noticed that Avis charges a 1900+ Euros hold on my credit card. Eurocar - only 300. They say that vans ( Touran VW) is a van and the rep. said on page 4 of the agreement- no refunds or changes in July or August due to high demand. Really? Since there is high demand one would think it would be easy to cancel 102 days before pick up and allow another client to book especially since they are in high demand. I asked to change companies for another car but no go. I'm stuck.

This is the second time that I am renting from Kemwel. They have great service, very user-friendly, and they definitely have the best prices. They are a great company truly.

last time winded up paying more than my quote see what happens this time. cheapoair usually closer to price quoted but they were out of cars so said their search results on their website.
