First time I have used Goff and was super impressed. I booked an urgent delivery late one evening when I discovered we were out of oil and rang the next day to double check it had gone through and ensure they could navigate our access. They guaranteed delivery within 2 working days but were actually there within 1 working day, and just got on with it with no problems finding tank or with access. And all much quicker & cheaper than my previous supplier! I’ll be sticking with Goff. Thank you!

Our oil delivered on the very last day of the possible scheduled delivery after 17 days which was disappointing otherwise customer service was good.

A long wait for the delivery and unfortunately ran out of oil and had to wait another 3 days, without heat or hot water, for a ‘faster’ deliver at extra cost. The delivery man left our side gate swinging open on its hinges

Very competitive price and reliable delivery.

Always use them. Speedy delivery and reasonable price. Easy to use website with text notifications. However, do have to remember to leave our gate unlock or they will just drive off. We were home and rather annoyed why the driver didn’t just knock on the door instead of a wasted journey to come again.

Everything fine with delivery and price was good.

Ordered my heating oil on the 24th January and was given a delivery date of 12th February or before. I contacted Goff on the 10th February and they confirmed that the delivery would be made by the 12th February. I contacted Goff again on the 12th February and was informed that the heating oil would not be arriving as stated that day and that they could give no indication of when it might arrive. I had no option other than to purchase emergency drums and I cancelled my order.

Ordered at about 3am and got delivery about 12 hours later. This funnily enough did cause a bit of a problem as I ordered 14 day delivery for lowest price and had kept about 200+ litres for this. This meant that the 800 litres I ordered would not fit in so you had to give a refund. This arrive very quickly. Thanks

Delivered in the time suggested although failed to advise us what day that would be. Luckily we were at home. Otherwise decent service, with a competitive price.

Delivery time too long! Nearly 3 weeks for delivery and wasn’t warned before hand! No point ringing to check on date as the office refuse to help!
