United Kingdom | 18 February 2025We ordered an Express 5 day delivery and received delivery on the fifth day. By the third/fourth day we were worried the oil wasn’t going to arrive. What caused us much anxiety was that we couldn’t check when our oil was going to be delivered - a recorded telephone message advised us that wasn’t possible. Being able to check delivery status would have been very useful in our situation and would have saved us from worrying. Not a good experience.

Tried calling but was number 42 in the queue waited a couple of hours and and i was number 21 always delivered by 10 days at the most . Driver very nice, What went wrong this time ?

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Fuel ordered for elderly Mother on Feb 5th, but no sign of delivery nearly two weeks later. Trued to call customer service but no one is answering the phones there. Usually very good service but looking at other reviews it is clear that something has gone wrong with this firm. Her tank is now empty. Will look at other companies in future. Update: Your reply was not helpful. The order was placed on the 5th, not the 6th as you state. A policy of "within 12 working days" does not usually mean "you will need to wait at least 12 working days before you get your order". You also do not explain why your customer service team do not answer the phones!
