Usually very good BUT….. ordered oil on 26/1 and as of today (Saturday 15th Feb), still not delivered. Plenty of excuses the last week. Easier if they just said they can’t deliver instead of saying we are 1 day behind in that area each time. I could then try to arrange an alternative supply. My fault for trusting that they would deliver I suppose. Bitterly disappointed. Customer service attitude for me, is it will come, when it comes.

Can’t complain delivered on time at the best price

Delivery was 2 days later than the latest delivery date, so had to order an emergency order from another supplier as we ran out. Driver reversed into electricity pole & fence causing considerable damage!

It's easier to book and pay on your website but the last driver did not like pulling his hose out he said that the tank was to far it wasn't till l said that this is the third time goff have been here he then did it

Most unlike Goff they were 2 days late delivering due first to a 'breakdown' then 'roadworks'. There were no roadworks in the vicinity of our property. The last delay meant our tank was empty and we had to have the the boiler restarted.

The oil was delivered the first time without me knowing they needed a key to the tank. The driver kindly called me and instructed me on what to do. Two days later they came back. Great customer service.

The delivery chap was very helpful and when I asked if he could top my tank he asked the office for and they agreed.
