Very quiet, prompt and helpful delivery.

Delivery was quicker than expected plus the driver was polite, professional, careful and a joy to talk to whilst the tank was being re-filled. A very good experience and I will certainly use and recommend Goff Petroleum again (ordering online), if their price remains competitive.

Put a note on my order not to deliver before a certain date. Got a message the night before saying they would deliver when we said not. phoned immediately customer services who very helpfully rescheduled my delivery for the tanker to come anyway and we were not there.

Our order was placed on 01/01/2025 with a delivery date of no later than the 15th, The delivery driver arrived at 7am on the 6th which was a total surprise as on the receipt it says that we will receive a text the day before delivery, this didn't happen, this is our 2nd order with no message. It's annoying as our tank is in a place that requires us to be there to assist and they are told this. At 7am we are home but a little heads up would be nice.
