Generally service is good but we had a delivery cancelled due to driver having an accident and had to wait a few days before the delivery was made. These things happen but we were at the time very low which was worsened by a cold snap.

When obtaining a quote for a new delivery it is very clear in terms of a standard wait time cost and a more urgent delivery cost. I have weekly monitoring in place for the oil level, thus it is always going to be a standard delivery time. The delivery last week was well controlled and the driver was very helpful and friendly.

Just got a quote from Goff online on Sunday, and a pop up message advised to call for best price. Called on Monday and the price had gone up significantly and they would not honour the quotation even though they must hold stocks of heating oil purchased at a cheaper rate. The quote is only honoured for 24 hrs apparently although this is not mentioned in their email quote.

Delivery without a hitch, comes when the message says it would.

Ordering oil was a simple process and the GP app was quick with the auto reply with all relevant information. Delivery of oil was well ahead of time which was much appreciated.

From beginning to end the process of ordering the oil was simple, quick and easy. From getting a quote to ordering was drama free. Also I when with the two week delivery option but it arrived in five days. Furthermore driver followed the instructions that I had put on the order.

Oil delivery earlier than planned. Delivery driver was responsible shutting the gate when he left and didn't run the digs over. All good!

Great correspondence, kept up to date when it will be delivered. Delivered on time and with ease. Wasn't able to put as much oil in tank as ordered due to the tank being full, but was informed of this straight away and refunded the difference. Very happy customer again, thank you.
