Bin absolut überzeugt von ARCTIC. Super Produkt und Support. Ich habe eine arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB (Black) und muss sagen Kühlung absolut mega! Bei mir im Setup auch absolut geräuscharm. Produkt absolute 10/10 Support war auch super. Mein Vater hatte sich seine Liquid Freezer III damals in Weiß bestellt, wurde aber leider in schwarz geliefert. Arctic hat direkt eine neue in weiß geschickt. Erst wollte mein Vater die schwarze zurück schicken aber war dann so überzeugt von der AIO das ich gesagt habe ich möchte die auch haben aber in schwarz. Also kurz Angerufen und erklärt das wir die schwarze auch behalten möchten. Dank des schnellen und freundlichen Supportmitarbeiters haben wir direkt ne Rechnung bekommen und bezahlt. Sind beide immer noch nach mehreren Monaten immer noch glücklich und Beschwerde frei.

Ich kaufe immer Arctic-Artikel und hatte nie Probleme. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, schnelle Lieferung, top Support.

i bought an aio from arctic via amazon . after about 2 years . the thumb nuts were ruined. got in contact with them via email. after 2 attempts to get the thumb nuts delivered . i received them . you cant buy the thumb nuts .?! but they will send them for free . will be nice. if i can buy them normally on the website . but i m happy that i received a pair . so i can continue to use the cooler Thanks Arctic 🐻‍❄️

Simon and the team at arctic have been amazing in their support! I emailed during the Christmas period about an issue with my AIO cooler and M.2 spacing, and even during that busy time, were able to get back to me within a reasonable time frame. they make great fans for a really low price, i bought one of their P12 PWM PST fans for 8 euro's, so good that i decided to buy 2 more after i realised that the 2 other fans my case came with were DC fans and they were loud. in short amazing product, amazing value, really quiet, and i will absolutely be using otther products in future builds like the Freezer 3 360 or 420 even

Habe bisher 2 Artikel dort gekauft „Liquid Cooler III 420mm RGB“ und „Liquid Cooler III 360mm“ beide in für unterschiedliche Systeme. Zuerst hatte ich den 420mm und hatte den verbaut und fand den gut, dann sollte das in ein anderes System leider hatte ich den VRM Cooler und Contact Plate verlegt, weshalb ich beim Support nachgefragt hatte ob ich die irgendwie neu zugesendet bekommen könnte. Ich hatte nichts erwartet da das Produkt an sich ja schon vom Preis her nicht das teuerste, daher die Gewinnmarge vermutlich nicht die krasseste ist. Aber nach 3,4 Tagen kam die Mail vom Support dass es kein Problem sei und paar Tage danach, kam es hier auch an. Erst danach habe ich den 360mm bestellt. Also absolut guter Support, wenn auch mit paar Tagen Wartezeit auf eine Antwort!
