My hot tub motor finally gave up the ghost. I was able to get a new one from Pool Supply Unlimited and even after shipping cost, they saved me over $100 compared to the local places. Very happy to have my hot tub back!

pool heater came very fast, three days. delivery was very easy. Truck driver put it within a few feet of where it needed to be placed.

Quick delivery. However, one of the tiles was broken when delivered. I glued it back, since I didn't have time to return it. My front porch camera shows the UPS driver dropping the box on the porch, so it wasn't Pool Supply Unlimited's fault.

Ordered a pool light and controller from Pool Supply. A 12v light was shipped vs. 120v and when it was installed the amount of electrical current fried the light and controller. The light was supposed to be replaced as was the controller. They already had my payment and promised to fix the situation and they never did. I never received a credit to my credit card ($700+) and I paid an electrician to install the new components which I am out that money as well. Individuals need to know pool supply is a middleman, if you have issues they must fight the actually supplier who ships to you. Trust me when I say they do not fight hard. Because I am out of state I must now take them to court to get this resolved. I hope the judge considers all of my expenses for their mistake. They are supposed to be the “pool professionals” but buyer beware!

Love my new pool pole! However I have not had a chance to use it yet, it feels so much beefier than my old one. If I have problems or comments I'll follow up. The shipping was fast and the price was unbeatable for this pole. Love the slide locking mechanism over the turn cam!
