The instructions sucked, the pool wall did not come with the bolts it needed to put it together, the vacuum hose was not long enough for my pool. The steps are not heavy enough even with the sand to not float up. The pool winter cover is not made to fit over the steps that came with pool.

You provided no support after the sale. You should have emails with the details, but basically I had to jerryrig the product you sent me in order to make it work. When I reached out to Pool supply unlimited all you would say was we shipped the product you asked for. I base much of my opinion on a company about how they handle issues and pool supply unlimited completely failed. (order number 30111209)

Purchased a chlorine generator for my salt water pool. It was almost half the price as many other retailers. Contacted Tech Support, they responded quickly and very helpful.

I placed an order with this company and after running behind them to get proper updates, and proper info. Even though after receiving intimation on shipment departure date and receiving the delivery out of the 6 items i received only 3 items. This is the kind of service this company provides to their customers.

Based on the warranty, the items should've been free. Hail damaged top rails and post caps. False advertising. Just say there isn't a warranty on the Laguna Calimar pool. Manufacturer said call the distributor and distributor said not our problem.

Easy to search website for parts. Part was delivered quickly during a supply chain bottleneck when other suppliers were gouging prices 20-50%. These are now my sole go-to guys and girls. 👍

Ordered June 1st. It’s the end of August. They had to refund me. SMH. 12 weeks later with no product. Do not waist your time. Just go to your local pool guys and they will order it for you. These guys just take your money never order your products.

Received broken part. Had to jump through many hoops simply to get RMA. They asked for pictures to prove that item received damaged. Had to file for a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid at all cost

It took too long to receive the order that I had to get from somewhere else because my pool was starting to go bad.

I purchased a remote control for my pool lights. The total with shipping was $327.04 US. They charged my credit card $489.25. The exchange rate that day was 1.367. The total purchase exchange rate is $447.06 and they charged $489.25. I called and they did nothing. In my opinion this company is a rip off.
