Took too long

Completely replaced my damaged shipment. First product was damaged and they fully replaced it off the photo's.

Received a competitive price from your sales agent. Routing and reporting shipping steps was puzzling. The filter was delivered by a friendly small local delivery co. Their truck had a gate that lowered the pallet to the ground. Nice touch. The filter was well strapped to a pallet. Good experience

The salt system replacement cell was perfect and came so quickly. I would definitely order from this company again.

The delivery went smoothly. My only complaint is a big one -- I was led to believe when ordering and in the order confirmation that the pool chiller would ship right away. I was not told there was a six-week delay (in other words, backorder) until I had made the purchase and called to find out why nothing seemed to be happening. So, I received a pool chiller when summer was over. Had the real situation been portrayed correctly, I would not have placed the order at all and waited until the Spring.

Easy to check out. Though I would have preferred a Pay Pal option.

Horrible experience. Entered order on 9/29/23, credit card was charged on 10/10/23. No shipping notice. Called for status update and was told product was on backorder. Asked why my credit card was charged, and rep insisted it wasn't. Only way to refund was to cancel the order.
