Wanted to update this review, got a call from the customer support team and they resolved all issues, for the record I have ordered from these guys 3 times and this is the first time I have ever had any issues. I would order from them again. On 6/2/2024 Ordered 10 Waterco 2" 50mm Socket PVC Sweep Elbow 90 Degree | White | Pressure Rated for $16.29 each. On 6/6/2024 received 10 WaterWay 411-9130 Sweep. 90 Degree 2" SKT X 2" SKT which cost $7.29 (you can get these elsewhere for $4.20 each). The company charged me $64.35 to ship a 5 lbs package from "the Texas Warehouse" to Virginia. Actual shipping label was from EFBE Inc in Saginaw MI Can't get a straight answer from them on when they are shipping the correct part, the online chat doesn't work and I get voicemail every time I call. I figured out this is just an e-commerce company with no real backend warehouse. My total bill was $237, the actual product that was shipped has a market value of $40. They claim they reached out to resolve, the only thing I have received is a request for pictures of the product. Begin forwarded message: From: Pool Supply Unlimited Subject: We have Received Your RMA Request for Order 30293XXX Date: June 7, 2024 at 11:55:45 PM EDT To: Disappointed Customer Thank you for filling out our Return Merchandise Form. We will review the details you submitted and get back to you within 48 hours. Today is 6/12, I haven’t heard anything from the company. Will call Credit Card company to challenge charges if I don't hear from them today. Ordering from Pool Supply Unlimited was easy! They also helped me with out tax exempt on timely manner. We received the supply very quickly and that was really appreciated.

Shipping was fast. The pool light was installed and works. What I did not like about this company, my installer told me to contact this company so I could register the pool light for its warranty. I called the company, emailed the company numerous times, could not speak to a live person, left messages for the company to call me. I never got any response from this company. The pool light is great, but this company's customer service is not. I never was able to register my pool light for the warranty.

We are very unhappy and UNSATISFIED about the Service. We ordered a pool bulb. This one arrived BROKEN!!! We sent an e-mail and want a refund. NO ANSWER, NO CONTACT .....NOTHING!!!!!
