The correct item was shipped, arrived undamaged, and it arrived when promised. All expectations satisfied in my eyes.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the pump was out of stock at the time of purchase. It took weeks to receive and by the time it arrived my pool looked more like a swamp leaving me the choice of spending almost $1000 on chemicals or a couple hundred to empty and refill the pool. I opted for the latter. Customer service was responsive when I would inquire about the order status. When the pump finally arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was smooth and its operation is amazing. This pump has all the power and versatility you need and is amazingly quiet.

Received on time… Easy ordering and questions answered. Out of the Box hookup it up and followed easy instructions. Runs well only been in service about 3 mos. So hopefully it will survive Florida heat for years to come.

Great pump but wouldn't interface w my automation. Super easy return so I bought replacement from them. Working great and these people are fantastic to work with! I always shop here first for anything related to pools.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago. No updates, no tracking number, no contact whatsoever. Reached out to Customer Service several times, given estimated shipping dates which have all come and gone with no delivery and no updates. I can't get a tracking number or even any confirmation my item has or will ever ship. 100% of communication has been initated by me and has required multiple follow ups by me. Do not buy from this company. They clearly do not care about their customers. I understand items are "shipped direct from manufacturer" but that does not absolve you of your responsibility to advocate on behalf of YOUR customers who have NO contact or relationship with the manufacturer.

This was my first time buying from your company. My order was placed at least 3 times before it was finally shipped. I paid for 3 day express shipping even but the process took over 2 months. I ordered and received confirmation of order and text from credit card saying I had ordered without card present. Next I receive a message that there is a problem with my order so I call your company and say I want the order anyways. Next order is not placed as 1 item is not available. Call again I still want it. This went on for months. I texted, called, and even talked with a manager to get this order shipped to me. I even called the factory to help me out. After this experience I really doubt I will ever order anything again.

The equipment was exactly what they said and install was a snap. The equipment is working great has been installed for 3-4 days now.

Shipping took to long.

Purchased a Hayward Salt cell T-3 for my pool. It is bad. The run around to change it out is ridiculous. They send you to Hayward and Hayward is just as bad. Make you fill out warranty (5 day wait) , call after 5 days, more run around. Pool Supply is no help! Mind you this is not a warranty cali. After a certain period of time. It was a matter of weeks when I realized the unit was defective (after my pool turned green) Over two weeks after I started trying to resolve my $500 Problem….nothing . This purchase has made me realize the value of brick and mortar operations! . I do not recommend doing business with Pool Supply unlimited!

This place is completely unprofessional. It started with me ordering a transformer box online, receiving a receipt and paid extra for a 3-day shipment. After the box did not arrive in three days, four days i called to find out the issue. Issac, who is the supervisor, stated that I received an email to verify information. why would i need to verify anything if I have a receipt and have a draft from my bank. When I told him I did not receive an email that they must have messed up he said he was going to cancel my order and I will get refunded when I get refunded. After a very heated argument where words were exchanged, I hung up the call. Im telling you, please go with another company, they are not reliable and try to pawn off responsibility by saying "you received an email to verify your information." No email was received. Please look elsewhere you will be much happier I promise you!!

Do not buy from! Instead of 2 year warranty if buying from a local pool company Pentair will only give you a 60 day warranty if you purchase from Pool Supply Unlimited and when I called several times prior to making the purchase the agents would of course never make me aware of this little detail. Very bad customer service!!
