Glassespro.com is a legitimate and trusting company which provides the services they offer. As online customers we tend to want to receive things the way we expect in the 21st century... today. The seller of products or services has a number of choices on how to deliver the goods. Unfortunately, even our own United States Postal Services is not perfect. Glassespro.com advised me as to how long it may take (for me 3-5 business days). They were correct on their delivery and I was wrong in expecting it earlier. I gave them a poor review prematurely and today I apologize in my true review of this company (5 STAR). Thank you Glassespro.com for service and product being exactly what you described. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend your product and services to everyone in need of a cost effective quality products. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding. It was very difficult to add a different frame to my cart with the buy 1 and get the 2nd for 50% off. In the end, I just ended up buying a pair of prescription glasses, instead of two.

Great phone conversation, voice mail follow up and beyond impeccable written e-mail follow up to solve my issues of a pair of glasses being out of stock in getting me into another pair. Almost twice the price and they still haven't arrived not very happy

Easy to find and purchase replacement frames unlike other sites that wanted lenses - even if the were non-prescription- added to the order.

your representative brian was great. navigated me through the website, which was a tad tricky, as i was ordering three different pairs of glasses.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it was to replace my lost magnetic clip on sun glasses.

I was able to work my way through the process with minimal issues, and other than keying one digit wrongly, it was a piece ot cake. I did spend a bit of time making sure I was interpreting and keying optical data correctly, but if I need to do it again, I will run right through it.

I've been looking for a particular brand of frames for a while (Ted Baker), but couldn't find them at a reasonable price. I was close to giving up when I discovered the BOGO50 offer on glasses pros. Buying them was quick and easy and, best of all, in my budget.

The salesperson was very helpful in repeating information when I had a bit of trouble understanding her accent. She also led me through the ordering process.

Glasses were ordered at the end of November 2021 and as of April 18th 2022 there is no ship date. Customer service states the order has been prioritized and expedited but does not provide a timeline. I do not have much hope for receipt of the ordered product or a refund.

I have used online glasses services in the past with no issue. I will NEVER order from glassespros again. Save yourself a huge headache and go with another site.
