Great price for the glasses I wanted!

I just received my rejection notice for the return of my newly purchased glasses frame. It was broken but did not notices until the frame shop notified me of the problem. I notified glasses pros upon my notice but it was ONE DAY past the return policy. This was okayed by phone conversation prior to requesting a RMA. Oh did I say rude!! Want your broken frames back???

Customer service is a joke. Ordered aviator SUN glasses and they sent me clear lenses. Refused to make it right and rejected my return even though I requested the return the day I received them. Do not recommend at all!!

The website was very straightforward and easy to understand. Was able to easily upload my prescription so there won't be any misunderstanding. Only issue I had was the website seem slow in refreshing once I clicked on something. Just needed to be patient.

I purchased two eyeglasses back in January 2022 and only received one. Requested a refund to my card for the pair that never arrived and to this date have not received the refund April 6, 2022. I will never use glassesPros.com AGAIN!

BE AWARE!!! I usually don't bother to leave reviews or ratings, but with this company I would give a 0 if that's an option. I placed an order in late February and received an order confirmation email on the same day. I waited almost a month and NEVER received any order/delivery update. I contacted online support and was told my item was out of stock and was waiting to hear back from the brand supplier for backorder update. The rep said he submitted my case and someone from the team will send me updates through email, but I NEVER received anything from them. A week later I contacted online support again and was told the item could be backordered but will have to wait one month. I asked the rep to cancel my order and send me refund. They said they requested the refund and I will get a confirmation email which again, NEVER did!!! It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund, my order status just indicates "Processing - Customer Requested Cancellation". I contacted online support again today and the rep said she escalated the case to their back-end team and I will get a confirmation... So far I've only got an email from them asking to review their service. According to the rep, "the refund time depends on our backend team approval, but the credit will appear in your account within 3-5 business days." Something is definitely fishy about this company, I should have read the bad reviews before placing the order. Hope I can get my refund.

Ordered my glasses on February 16th and still have not received them

Put in a refund request for the frames and lenses within the 5 days of receiving the glasses. The lenses was a long process that ended up getting rejected and the frames got rejected as it has been “too long since receiving them”. My request was put in within the 5 day limit and I request the frames, meaning it was on their end for failing to fulfill the request when request. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend getting lenses/frames from here. Definitely worth your time going to a local eye place and checking out in store frames.

Should have read reviews prior to order. Order placed ... no sign of a status. The overall number of reviews really do indicate supply is a problem. I would not recommend placing any orders.

I bought these frames in tortoise from a local store for $289 and thought I’d look on line if I could find them in black so I could have both and just switch the lenses back and forth depending on my mood. To my surprise they had them for way cheaper! And had a discount code for 50% off a second pair. So I bought two different colour for less than I paid for my original ones in the store. I’m pretty happy 😀
