First time purchaser and will be the only/last time I purchase from this site. Bought my glasses almost a month ago and still have not received them. Prescription glasses are stated to take 10-15 business days from start to shipping on this website. Unlike EyeBuyDirect, Zenni and GlassUSA who email updates on the whole process from start to finish to keep the customers informed and reassured....this company does not.

Overall pretty easy to order glasses and got 2 pairs for what it would have cost for 1 of the same frames at a local store. Only issue was the site was a little slow.

My sons bow broke on his frames so I just needed a new frame and was able to get them with out all the hassles.

It was a fast and good experience! They have a vide variety of lenses

A little late, but when they came it was just what we ordered.

I had dropped my 5 year old glasses while biking and the frame broke. I was thrilled to find the same exact frame model and color at a discount at GlassesPros. Luckily my lenses are intact, and i will be able to re-use them with the new frames. The checkout was a breeze!

Ordered a week ago and have not shipped

Ordered on 12/31, did not receive until 3/14. I understand the supply issues and would have understood if this was the problem, it wasn’t and I had to reach out every time I wanted an update. Once received I didn’t care for the glasses and wanted to exchange. This is not possible, they would do the frame but not re do the lenses to fit the new frames. Lesson learned there are plenty of eyeglass companies, I just won’t do business here again.

I finalized my order for glasses and prescription lenses on March 1. I am still waiting for the order on March 23. The website says the order should be delivered in 10-15 business days. I chatted online with the representative and she said she will email me when she has an update. That was on March 18 or 21 (I do not remember). I still have not heard word from them. Their slowness in completing my order makes me nervous about the quality of the glasses/lenses whenever I do receive my order.....

The customer service guy was so polite and helpful. Just ordered replacement sun clip. I shopped prices and this company was way more affordable than the others. Not to mention 15% off when you sign up for emails. Truely helped me out.

I did not recieve an order confirmation email. I ended up changing my mind and cancelled my order the next day. While I did not experience a product shipment I can say I called to cancel and the Customer Service Representative was professional and refunded my card in full without delay and I did revieve confirmation of that transaction

Very poor lenss quality

Found the site and optio s easy to. Alighted. Good prices. Checkout has multiple flaws. No where to enter enrollment discount code so I didn't get my 15%. Receipt for printing not available, link broken.
