AGL has the worst customer experience ever. The call centre staff are totally incapable of understanding issues and are far too slow and inadequately trained to deal with issues, it is extremely frustrating. My review is based on a number of contacts I have have had with different call centre staff, not just today. I am now switching to another povider - we are done with AGL and their total disregard for the customer!

The call that I made to your call centre was regarding the estimated bill that I received. The gate to meter is on the right hand side of the my house. The meter is on the wall over to the left of the gate. As I mentioned to the person at your call centre that I would be upset if it happens again as there is 24 hours access with no savage dog.

I have found AGL to be very easy to get on with and helpful.... especially being able to actually talk to a person as opposed to endless pre-recorded choices that lead nowhere. I think their prices are very good too compared to origin who charged the pensioner couple over $9000 !!!!

I'm sorry; I hope I'm not being mean to anyone; but when I had overseas customer service, it was difficult to get understood & frustrating to get meaning & detail across but some resolution eventually.....the next time I got an Australian customer service rep- resolution was spot on, quick & on the mark; it just helps your day go nicer...this is who I give the 5 stars to-to the Australian based guy that helped & was ok about doing it & good at his job.Of course give people overseas work;this is not about berating them-but maybe for resolution of issues, I think people who understand the language helps & works better for the customer- the people that are paying the bills....sorry, just my feelings from experience.🙏

I have been a customer with AGL for a little over a year and I am impressed with their services and rates. I kept away from AGL for a number of years due to a very bad experience I had with them many years ago however, as my builder had connections already set with AGL, AGL customer service convinced me to give them a try. I reluctantly did. I have to say I am very happy that I did. Thank you! :)

AGL App is helpful, showing daily usage and projected bill based on that. AGL offers advice on saving on power bills. From that advice I now turn things off when not in use.
