They aren’t alway the cheapest but they sift out all the garbage and only buy genuine cars so it’s well worth a bit extra for this. Kieran in sales is a pleasure to deal with just tells the truth and will do anything to help you it’s so refreshing from a car salesman. I get my servicing done on both my land rovers here and Jordan is an absolute professional and very well organised. Liam and the team are expert fitters with years of main dealer experience behind them, we benefit from all of this for a fraction of the price. Phil the owner has built a fantastic team and they are a credit to his business. Literally cannot recommend then enough!

I used a691 car specialists. I only saw one car in the whole of me looking for cars, and the first and only car I saw was at a691. Andrew the salesperson, from replying emails from my interest to the friendly customer service... polite manner, knowledgeable and very thorough and professional he is a great asset to the company. Would highly recommend A691 specialist cars to everyone. Andrew was very helpful, genuine and i didnt feel pressed at all. We got a great price for our suzuki that we part exd, and the car we purchased looked brand new. Andrew went through everything with us to make sure we fully understood tje paperwork and even contacted us after a few days as promised to make sure we were still happy and all was well. I recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from A690 specialist cars and they were all honestly amazing from the minute we walked in. As my first car I had bought totally by myself I had no idea what I was doing really and they went above and beyond to reassure me with any silly little questions I had. They changed the colour of the wheels as I said I would prefer silver and they didn't charge me anything extra. I then had an issue with something and they told me to come back and they would sort it free of charge for me as soon as I could go. I've honestly never had service like it they were amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I am highly recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you so much again to Ritchie and the rest of the team, you're brilliant!

I part exchanged my old volvo for a newer model volvo v40 . It was such an easy process Andy couldn't do enough to help,also a following up wirth a call the next day to check all was well.i receved a message the day befor with a picture off my car to shiw it was ready for me. This was a nice touch i was to pick rhe new car up When i collected my new car i was gleeming like new. Andy went through the controls etc again a nice touch no obe else has done rhst when ive bought a car before. I would defiantly bye from them again.

From the initial outset of dealing with Richie, who is very knowledgeable, friendly and importantly honest, I purchased a Range Rover. I decided to spend a little extra on an additional 1 year warranty which has not only proved a worthwhile investment but the speed, professionalism and efficiency of all of the staff is second to none. Bought a Ford Ranger from them recently. Andrew, their sales manager was great, very patient, brilliant communications. They are honest guys and nice to deal with. They were happy to have an RAC inspection on the truck - a couple of things cam up which they fixed at no extra cost. The vehicle itself is excellent, and a fair price. Their local reputation (this from asking around) is also excellent. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Went down to A691 Andy was very helpful showed me everything on the car 1 or 2 defects with he sorted before purchasing the car. All round very helpful ohnest guy I would highly recommend A691.

We decided to call in A690 cars on a whim on the way back from a main dealer which we used to use. A690 cars had the car in stock I'd been looking for, in the exact colour I wanted, full service history. We were given a great deal which allowed us to get out of the PCP situation we were in with a main dealer. It was also great to hear that they have a workshop with skilled mechanics that have vast experience of working on German cars. I'll be back for a service. Richie was great, not pushy like you may find from a main dealer, very natter of fact (no bull), a very down to earth fella who I enjoyed doing business with. I'm now the proud owner of a BMW 335D X Drive.

I travelled from Liverpool to Durham to purchase a Jaguar F-Type from this wonderful dealership. Excellent customer service from start to finish, especially from Allan and Phil. My trade in vehicle developed an issue on the way to view the F-Type, but I was given a loan vehicle to get home whilst they assessed and fixed it.
