Purchasing cars from car dealers for past 12 years, I always have had reservations. There has always without fail been some hidden problems/costs. I can honestly say from the second I walked onto forecourt of a690 , the experience has been nothing but positive and enjoyable. My salesman Paul, was friendly down to earth and knowledgeable, he helped me choose the right car and finance to fit my budget. The management Phil, made us welcome offering me and my daughter drinks. At no point was I pushed into anything, this has always been main issue in the past. Since taking the car any small issue was dealt with quickly, without fuss and I was given a lovely courtesy car. Started using A690 cars around 2 years ago to service my BMW. At the time I drove a BMW 318i and had become annoyed at having to pull out 1k plus bills for routine maintenance at main dealers. Since I went to A690 I have never gone back to a main dealer. Cost of servicing is very reasonable and you are always kept informed regarding what needs to be done and the cost so there are never any nasty surprises. All work is properly explained and justified on the bill. Should also add I was given a courtesy car each time free of charge. Due to needing to replace my car (I do 25k-30k miles a year I decided to go through A690 cars and looking forward to picking my new car up. All staff very pleasant and professional and went to great lengths to get me an excellent deal on the car finance (better than previous finance deal) and provide me with a courtesy while my new car is ready to pick up. Cant recommend enough! John

After several weeks, poss months of car hunting finally found the car id been looking for and Pleased I found it at A690 Specialist Cars. From the first phone call I made to Kieran, "the salesman I dealt with" I had a good positive experience with him. This garage and all its staff has got to be the first that makes you feel so welcome and at ease. Kieran even put himself out to make conversation with our daughter which helped her feel at home too. We found 2 minor defects with the car. The boot was slow to open and stop half way open and when the rear heated window was turned on the radio lost its signal. So I rang Kieran who said to get the car in and they would sort it out with the use of a courtesy car, even before I had chance to ask for a courtesy car. He kept me fully updated with repairs and time scale and was no mention of money or the common excuse " that's not under our warranty " Just the car is now fixed. Visited A690 car show rooms on the recommendation of numerous previous buyers to see if there was any cars suitable for the wife who wanted something a little more sporty. We were not disappointed as from setting foot into the showroom the welcome was warm and friendly without the usual sales pitch, allowed to amble through the cars available and there was plenty to chose from.
