Phill the owner is very fair and a pleasure to do business with. I'm a fussy customer and he has done everything I asked with no quibbles from painting brake calipers, alloy refurbishment, a Audi dealership major service to repairing a faulty dashboard. Had a great experience when buying my latest car from Keiron and Phil, the whole process was seemless and Kieron kept me upto date with all aspects of the sale. Phil the owner spent some time with me and couldnt of been more friendly, obviously these guys want to make you feel welcome as your buying from them but I really feel that they are both genuine and always happy to help. I travelled 120 miles for the pleasure of there company and would buy again off them in an instant. This was the first time we have had any dealings with A690 Specialist Cars and my husband and I were very impressed by the service we received. Both Phil and Kieran were very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Once we had decided we were purchasing the car we had gone to see Kieran kept me up to date with what was happening to it - refurbishing the wheel trims, servicing and the BMW check. It felt like someone really cared about me buying a car from them and looking after it for me in the future. As a young lad walking into a dealership on a Sunday afternoon in my tracksuit pants looking to buy a BMW Sports car, I wasn't expecting to be taking seriously from past experience. I recently bought a Jaguar XF and having had the car for a while I remain delighted with my purchase. The car is in beautiful condition with a full service history, lots of extras and low miles. I have to say that I could have chosen several cars from the stock that A690 have as there is an excellent selection of prestige cars. The sales team were very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling and had given me sound, accurate information about the vehicle and it's condition thought the purchase. All promises were kept including providing a service and attaching my private registration plate. I would definitely recommend A690 Specialist Cars and will have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Phil called after seeing my Focus ST for sale on Facebook, having been shared by a mutual friend. Within 30 minutes we'd done a deal over the phone. No messing around with people coming to kick the tyres or awkward negotiation with price better than I'd have got from the likes of We Buy Any Car. Afer picking up my E350 privately, which was due a service, Phil offered to service it with courtesy car given FOC. Prices better than MB main dealer with service as good mean I would recommend. Will definitely be giving them a call when I come to sell the Merc.

My wife and I recently purchased a Land Rover Range Rover from A690 garage. Paul and Phil helped us pick the car and can I just add were very honest and helpful. From arriving at the garage myself and our 3 kids were made to feel very comfortable and the staff were very friendly! 2 months from purchasing the vehicle there was a slight problem that we rang and reported to paul who got the car booked straight in and fixed within 48 hours. We were given a courtesy car and nothing was a problem for them! The car is running great again and with no problems. We will definitely be using this garage in the future and would recommend it to our friends and family! Great cars, great staff!!

I was really impressed with the customer service at A690 Specialist Cars from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a courtesy car that matched the spec of my own car while my car was in having some work done (I was given a Range Rover in place of my Land Rover Discovery)- this is something that hasn't happened at other garages I have previously used. My car was turned around the same day and was also valeted and washed and owner Phil followed up with a courtesy call the following day I wouldn't hesitate in using A690 again, not only did they get the job done to a high standard, they went the extra mile with their customer service!
