Arranged an appointment with Andy McCamley eairlier in the day, to test drive a Jaguar XF, on arrival we were met by Andy who was welcoming, friendly and professional from the start, the car was ready for us to test drive, Andy showed us around the car and how everything worked and we proceeded on the test drive. I asked Andy if I could have the car checked over by a Jaguar specialist, which was no problem and I arranged it, He Highlighted a couple of minor issues, a rattle in the door and number plate light, and chips in the paint. All this was sorted and the car was ready for us to pick up a week later, Andy gave us a great deal on our trade-in, nothing was to much trouble, I love the car, and Andy has been in touch a couple of times to make sure everything is ok. would not hesitate to buy from A691 specialist cars again and would recommend them to anyone.Well done Andy and the team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew and his communication throughout the buying process was fantastic. The 2013 Nissan Qashqai that my wife and I purchased was immaculate and came with loads of history, which is always reassuring when buying a used car. Before finally collecting the car, any marks to the paintwork were repaired (stone chips, little scratches etc) and the diamond cut alloys were all freshly refurbished and a full valet was carried out. The car left the showroom looking like it had just rolled off the production line! After sales service was second to none, Andrew was still available and happy to help with any queries following the purchase. All in all an excellent experience and I would be happy to use A690 Specialist cars again and would recommend to anyone in the market for a used car. Many Thanks.

I bought a Range Rover Sport in October 2018 and would definitely recommend a690 cars. I dealt with Alex who was very friendly and professional and gave me a good deal and nothing was too much trouble for him. Even after I had bought the car he came and fitted some locking wheel nuts for me in his own time. I would have no hesitation in buying another car from them top man.

We bought a Land Rover from the branch company in Witton Gilbert and we cannot recommend this company enough. Phil and Alex are so helpful, polite and made buying our new car so stress-free and enjoyable. Our car was all checked over before it left the garage and any repairs that needed doing were done with no quibble. Alex is such a friendly, nice, down to earth lad and very helpful, he showed me all of the controls in my new car before I left the forecourt and he was a pleasure to deal with. I have been in the motor trade for most of my life and I must say that this is the best used car dealership that I have ever dealt with. We were looking for a specific vehicle for the family and decided to part-ex our Audi S3 for something bigger and A690 Specialist Cars had the exact car that we were looking for so I crammed the family into the S3 and after a lot of complaining we ended up at A690 Specialist Cars just as the heavens opened - what a downpour so I thought that my wife and daughters would stay in the car whilst I braved the rain but No! they insisted on getting out in the rain to look at the car with great risk of ruining their well prepared hair and makeup. We were met by Richie who kindly distributed umbrellas to the girls as we looked at the vehicle. Richie did state that the car had only just came into stock and apologised that it had not been prepared to their standards, but I feel better when i see a vehicle as it is instead of being tarted up. So after Richie went to get the keys we all had a good look around the car and were very impressed and took it for a road test, okay a BMW 5 Series Estate is never going to be as quick as the S3 but it did not disappoint given that it is such a heavy car. So we were hooked and then expected all of the sales patter but delightfully the whole process from start to finish was without pressure so we were left to our decision in peace and were so glad that we chose this dealership. After a quick chat with Richie and Kieran a great part exchange price was offered for the S3 and we struck a deal over coffee's and hot chocolate. We decided that we wanted to change the colour of the wheels on the car and to get our private number plate swapped across and the chaps organised the whole process for us. A week later we collected our BMW 520d M-Sport Touring and said goodbye to our trusty S3. Car had been fully serviced and valeted and looked amazing when we turned up. Now two months later we are still all enjoying our car and have the amazing peace of mind that we took out the Two Year A690 Specialist Cars warranty so looking forward to many happy years of motoring. I wish that I could give the guys more than five stars as they ask me to pop in whenever I am passing for coffee so once they have taken your money and seen you off they still keep in touch and prove that their customer service is second to none and still care about you after the sale is complete.
