I had trouble inputting a voucher code for a special offer and emailed for assistance as the offer was only valid for another two days. The code worked when I tried again and I received a prompt and courteous email informing me the problem had been resolved

The actual puzzle itself was good quality but I had ordered in time for Christmas as a present for my children but it didn’t arrive until a week later than the quoted delivery date (with no notice to enable me to get something else) and then when we tried to do the puzzle there were about 50 pieces of another puzzle mixed in with ours! This somewhat ruined the enjoyment for my children.

Easy to use and good quality product. The option of an A3 size would be preferred by me.not enough space on an A4, it's the daily/weekly planner for this household.
