The photo book service is certainly the most straightforward on the market currently. It is easy to use and the instructions are clear. The books arrived within 2 days of ordering

2 items in the order were not delivered. I emailed and was told that the missing items would be delivered but when I gave further details I have not heard back, nor have I been refunded for the items I paid for but have not received. I am very disappointed by this and would not use the service in the future.

More expensive than other photo books but speed of delivery was much better. As I needed my photo book in tone for Christmas, the delivery time was really important.

Used the Boots photo app to purchase a 1000 piece jigsaw. Was very impressed with the quality and it also came in a box. The delivery was very prompt

Photos had a white border which I had not asked for and obliterated an important part of 2/3 of the photos. Won't use again.

I didn’t receive my photo book. I ordered it in 15th December as Christmas present. It was dispatched on 18th Dec and should have arrived on the 20th/21st but it didn’t. I still haven’t got it and it’s 6th January. Delivery was £5.95, but Boots were unable to see what the issue was with Royal Mail, so the parcel can’t have been tracked which seems poor considering the postage price. I was later told it was sent from Germany, but that wasn’t clear at the time of purchase. Boots have sent another free of charge (which hasn’t arrived yet) and refunded the shipping. Really disappointed as the book was over £50 and a main Christmas present.

I’ve never received these photos, very disappointed. I was just about to contact your customer service line. Hopefully now you will be able to follow this up and fulfil my order.
