I used to use another online company for prints. Unfortunately they were taken over and the system was rewritten.,despite being just fine. Cue change of supplier. Boots is a breeze good quality prints fast delivery good price. Moral. If it's not broke don't fix it.

Not at all happy with Boots photo print service due to having to call customer services on three occasions as I did not receive my photo print order. First I was told that my photo’s were delivered to my address when clearly they hadn’t been so I had to speak with Royal Mail who advised me to contact boots customer services to get a refund seeing that Royal mail had never received my Parcel of printed photos. I shall not be using boots photo printing service again.

Unfortunately some of my photos appeared to have been cropped and subjects were missing parts due to this.

The quality of prints were good. Delivery was within the time specified when ordered.

Easy to use although pretty monotonous process. The photos arrived very promptly. Background colours were great however faces seemed slightly washed out and shadowy. Possibly I should have edited them but it wasn’t obvious how to. Will try Boots again but attempt to work out how to edit in the hope that the next photos are better.

Definitely not the photo I asked for, don’t know why they added the writing on, plus the side of my brothers head is covered with it & the left side covered with the inner frame, very disappointing 😡
