My order got lost ( part of it ) I then received someone else’s photos . I phoned and they resent my order and refunded the money

This was the first time I have made any photo book! I was pleased with the result BUT clear instructions how to set about the task would have been helpful. I am 73 years young and like to keep up with things. I was frustrated that I could not always make the montage pages have the format I wanted. I would have liked to have had a preview option of the front cover. I had black words in traditional font - when I received the book they were not clear to see - I could have corrected this with a 'preview' option. However I am pleased with the book and the recipient is very pleased with it.

The product is great with nice photo quality and the stickers have good adhesion. 4 stars because the wait to receive them is quite long and would love to have this service available at kiosks in store rather than just online. That said, method of uploading etc was all quick and easy

Great service delivered on time. Templates seemed a bit fiddly to work with at times but got the mugs created in the end. The ability to crop picture was not good/ non exsistant and similarly text amendment & font changes were poor. Just little niggles. Overall product was really good quality when received and would use again.

I placed an order for photos which never showed up, I wrote an email just saying that they had never been delivered, somebody wrote back saying they would be redone and sent out….never received second delivery either, so went to Asda printed them off. Sorted.
