Photos have not turned up after 3 weeks waiting

I ordered a 12 month calendar. When it arrived it only had 10 months - and so was missing January and February. It took a number if emails to get the issue dealt with correctly. I usually use a different company but thought I would try out Boots this time. But wont use them again for calendars!

I live in Canada and a postal strike before Christmas meant I needed to find an alternate way of getting gifts to my family in the UK. This service was very easy to use from abroad. The website was easy to use and upload photos to, and the personalized product was produced and delivered quickly. I understand that the product was good quality, although I haven't actually seen it in person myself!

The photos are shipped using Amazon shipping, it never arrived and now my photos are in some Amazon bin somewhere, so I hope whoever buys their “undelivered Amazon package bin” in however many years enjoys my holiday snaps, kind of annoyed that I bought off a company I trusted and now my personal photos are just out there completely out of reach and out of my control Cheers for your reply boots, does this put my personal photos back? Does it make me feel safer at my images being lost? No, it doesn’t. But yes, I did receive an email telling me to check with my neighbours, since I don’t have any direct neighbours, and a camera on the entrance to my driveway, I know for a fact that the delivery wasn’t within 800 metres of my home. Again. The refund isn’t really my problem? But thanks anyway

Seemed good quality and delivery was okay. I would have liked some belter packaging, like a little box, like a jigsaw puzzle. Everything fell out when I opened it

Delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. Very happy about that especially in the run up to Christmas. The product quality isn't great. Ordered a glass clock with a picture on it. The photo was taken by a professional photographer and the quality was superb. The print on the clock looked like the picture was overexposed and the colour is lacking depth.

Beautiful and high-quality photo book with a very user-friendly design app and so many customizable elements. I felt like my creativity was truly set free and my aunt and uncle loved their Christmas present. It was delivered so quickly too, well before Christmas! Thank you <3
