United Kingdom | 31 August 2024I ordered my photos on 13th August with an estimated date of arrival of 19th - 21st August. This date came and went and my photos never arrived. I contacted Boots photos and all I was advised was that they would refund the P&P when they arrived. £1.50 on an order that was £66.98! When my order EVENTUALLY arrived in 31st of August, it was wrong. I ordered 109 prints as 7x5 and 75 as 6x4. All of the photos were printed 7x5. These photos were significantly sentimental as they were from out recent wedding. It took me HOURS choosing and ordering which photos I wanted in which size as they were for a large collage. The photos I received are now useless as they are the incorrect size. I have now complained to Boots and requested a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. By comparison, my husband ordered his prints with Max Spielman and they arrived within two days and were exactly what he ordered.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2024Truely awful. 1) order delayed by 2 weeks due to ‘printer error’ 2) part of the order couldn’t be found at the store I was collecting from. 3) the photos I did get were incredibly washed out, no colour, such poor quality. I can’t even describe how bad they were. I have ordered in the past on several occasions and had an issue each time, this time was by far the worst and I will never use this photo printing service again.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2024Ordered matt finish but got gloss. Rang to enquire and was told I had ordered gloss! I definitely ordered matt but the order process was not easy so maybe it got changed at some point(not by me). Tried Boots as had seem some a friend had printed and they looked good. Sadly I don't think they were particularly good quality, Ok but no better than a far cheaper competitor. Oh well, I tried and I won't try Boots again, I guess you live and learn. Disappointed.

United Kingdom | 31 August 2024I had two orders placed, the one order was supposed to be delivered from the 13th to 16th August and the other one was supposed to be delivered from the 19th to 21st August. Both did not arrive so I queried it and was informed there was a problem with the printer and my one order had been sent to Germany for printing and my second order had been cancelled altogether.

Customer service then didn’t respond to any further emails. The reply is not true - i did already contact customer service

United Kingdom | 30 August 2024Very disappointed in the photo service. Ordered 3 weeks before I needed the pictures as we were seeing family that the pictures were for. After 2 weeks I called to enquire where the pictures were, as the delivery date was now over a week old. Was told the machinery was faulty and they couldn’t produce the pictures. I was assured the pictures would be with me on Friday - Saturday the latest. I did ask why customers were not emailed to be told we’ve only just found out there was a problem - a week later - at 8:00 pm!!! Friday receive a dispatched e-mail to say delivery will be the following week. Feel completely let down by this bad service and will now have to pay postage so these can be delivered to family members. Now wish I’d used Snapfish instead.
